The cell was cold.

These dirtied four walls became more daunting as time wore incredibly slow on.

I couldn't believe that my own brother had confided me to a cell. Thor was gone, Loki was as good as gone, father was in Odinsleep, Mother no where to be seen and me trapped in a cell.

I sobbed into my so called pillow, even though I was used to the comforts of the palace, this was beyond ridiculous.

I had had enough, I was tired of crying.

I trashed my cell, I threw anything and everything at the walls that surrounded me, I screamed and yelled at the top of my lungs, tears still streaming down my face.

Blood gushed from my wounds, but it had no effect on me. I was numb, numb to everything. I clawed at the walls, and threw myself against the force field. Plunging back against the protective barrier.

I couldn't control my own emotions, there was no filter, nothing made sense anymore.

Was everything I grew up with a lie, was my own brother a fake? Why had he abandoned Thor and me, the very people he swore to protect.

I screamed once more, and failed to notice the others prisoners watching me in awe, I then flew and slumped into a corner. My head in my hands, blood scattered all over the floor, blood still gushing everywhere, I pulled at my hair in frustration.

"Loki!!!!!!!!" I screamed, and kept shouting his name until a guard appeared.

He stood sternly outside my cell patiently waiting for me to notice him.

All the guards here had been trained to ignore the rants of prisoners, so when I had my little fit, I was not surprised that nobody came.

"Princess, you have visitors," he spoke quietly then left, I didn't move.

Then Sif and the warriors three entered and stood I front of my cell. I gazed at them in hope.

They looked horrified, then I scanned my cell to witness the mess I had created. The walls were no longer crystal white, instead they had been painted red and black as I clawed at the walls with now tarnished fingernails.

My dress was torn, stained with Crimson blood once more.
It pained me, not only physically but mentally to allow my friends to bare witness to my venerability.

Sif ran up to the door of the cell and let herself in, she ran up to me and embraced me.

We hadn't hugged like this since we were children. I missed it. I didn't respond. Voltstagg and Fendral looked at each other before Sif gave them orders.

"Voltstagg stand guard, Hogan carry her to her chambers and Fendral go and get the weapons, meet us at the bifrost in 10 minutes!" They all complied and then I was being held in Hogan's arms back to my room.

Once in there I redressed my wounds and changed into my battle outfit. It hurt but I pushed through the pain.

Sif entered my room once I was finished.

"Anthea, I'm so sorry, we didn't know Loki locked you down there" she bowed her head, but I ran towards her and hugged her once again.

Sif. The goddess of war, was now bowing her head in shame when she once raised it with confidence.

"It doesn't matter, what matters is that you rescued me, you and the warriors three, I could not ask for better friends." I smiled and she smiled back, we exited the chambers and headed to the bifrost.
