Chapter 14

The three of us kept talking and answering questions we were curious about, until the most dreaded question came towards Keigo, making him freeze and cold sweat, not having any other choice than to answer truthfully. "Hey Keigo, do you know why Dabi was exiled from heaven?" I asked in hopes that he would know the answer. He was an archangel when all of that happened so maybe he knows more information than the gods told the angels to calm the rumors.

"I-... Well you see-" Keigo tried to say, stuttering a bit and his calm demeanor changed to one anxious and nervous. When Dabi butted in and asked him again.

"Yeah, Keigo. Tell her what happened." He said with a hint of sarcasm in his voice, like he already knew. Well he obviously knew, he was the one exiled after all, but I didn't want to ask him in case it would trigger something about him getting his wings cut off. I don't want him to suffer anymore.

Keigo glared towards Dabi and said, still looking in his direction "He killed Jin, an archangel who was almost to be part of the principalities*." I could feel the tension between those two grow every second, making me regret ever asking that question.

"Oh really? Last time I checked YOU were the one who killed him and then framed me." Dabi said which made me loudly gasp, so those rumors were just that, rumors. This all could've been avoided. I thought while anger started to bubble up inside of me.

Without thinking, I stood up and walked towards where Keigo was sitting and swiftly slapped his right cheek, hard enough to leave a red mark. Dabi was trying to hold back his laughter and the archangel in front of me turned his head to see me with a shocked expression.

"What was that for?!" He asked more surprised than angry for the unexpected action because deep down he knew he deserved that.

"Leave." I said with a stern voice. At first he was confused and dumbfounded, like still processing what I just said so I repeated myself. "Get. Out." He looked at Dabi with an expression that said 'is she serious?' Dabi just shot him a 'she's the boss here' gaze.

Much to his disliking he got up and left through the front door. The last thing he heard was me screaming "And never come back, you piece of shit" before slamming the door shut, going to who knows where in hell.

3rd person POV:

A few days ago when Keigo arrived in hell:

Toga was roaming through hell to see if she could find that cute little angel from the other day. She made sure to scan the area filled with clubs, where she last saw her in hopes that maybe she would've come back. But what she saw made her eyes widen and even more happy than the little angel from before. A beautiful and really handsome archangel stood there with two succubus on each side, with bright crimson wings on his back.

The lilin didn't waste any second and ran back with Tomura to tell him what she just saw. "Ooooh Tomuraaaa!~" she yelled to get the ex-angel's attention. "I have some juicy information you might want to know," Toga continued with a teasing tone.

"Get on with it then." Tomura said to her, having enough of her antics.

"Well~ I just saw an archangel with beautiful red wings that would look sooo pretty in your collection" She finally confessed which brought the demon curiosity. He remembers those crimson wings all too well from when he was in heaven and those were always his favorite.

"Toga I have a plan. Get in contact with Mr. Atsuhiro, that shapeshifter demon, I need him." The girl stood straight and saluted Tomura in a joking way to tell him she understood and quickly left their hideout in search of said demon.
