Story: Free kisses
Mono had found a small container of pocky sticks. The container itself was like the size of a normal chocolate bar.
Technically it is originally a candy you would just eat normally like having a bag full of smaller candies, but for this it was more special in its own way than that.
For this little find, Mono decided to have a little thought process for a innocent idea.
Mono: Hey, I found some candy.
Six: Really? What is it?
Mono was beginning to take out a stick to not only begin putting it in his mouth but just to show her what it is.
Mono: They're called "Pocky"
Six: "Pocky"? But they're-... like, "Pocky"... sticks?
Mono: Uhh..... yeah!
Six: What do they taste like?
Mono: Y'see that's the thing. I have absolutely no idea.
Six frowned little by little by his answer. Not that she was sad or mad in any kind of way. Just disheartened by the sense that she'd bite onto something that she might not like the taste of to find out.
Obviously candy has to have a sort of taste, including Pocky sticks, but he honestly didn't know what kind of taste it was once he stuck one end of it in his mouth.
Mono: But, what I do know is that they were brought with different flavors.
Six: Okay, just gimme one.
Mono: Right. I'll just uhh... oh...
Mono reached inside the box to find more to fill in his hand but to no avail he found nothing more but emptiness.
Mono: We're all out.
Six: How can it have run out? You only took one!
Mono: I said I "found" it. Not that I bought a whole new box full of them.
Six turned sadly and crossed her arms as she tried getting over it. She wouldn't have minded to try some candy, but the world can just seem too cruel these days.
