"Yes baby." I fixed her pancakes so I could send her off to school.

"I'm tired of being alone and you and mommy are too nasty to spend time with me." I couldn't say nothing cause Alecia been getting at me almost every hour on the hour
"Baby, I'm sorry we don't spend time with you I promise I'll make up for it."

"Please could you buy me a sibling. Im tired of being the only kid, I get lonely sometimes."
"Baby, I'll get you a dog how about that?"

"Ok, but you must be broke or something a baby doesn't cost that much."
"They cost more than you will ever know, eat your pancakes so I can take you to school. ALECIA!! get down here!"
I had two months left of vacation time and I was for sure going to enjoy it. Once I get back to that hospital it's gone be hell on wheels, though I'm highly grateful for them making me the head of the whole hospital.
"Yes Dr. James." She came down giving me a gift.
"Mommy, what's that?" I swatted Kylie's hands from being nosy

"Mommy, can you get her, she hit me."
"I'll fix her tonight."
"Yea, you'll fix me alright." Alecia won't gone fix crap but her hair and she barely do that.

I'm so proud of you and I just want you to know that I love you and I look up and admire you just because there's so many people I know would've given up, would've quit. You're strong you truly have god riding on your shoulders through it all. You're special, you're intelligent, but most importantly you're beautiful, and my wife. I love you."
"I love you too." One thing hit me, we weren't married... oh my god we weren't married.
"Alecia, there's some business we need to handle between my last two months."
"Ok what?"
"We aren't married yet."

"No Kylie we aren't, but we're gonna be I can promise you that." Alecia said proudly as she came around to hug my waist.
"Please do, because ever since you came around. You've made her the happiest, you've made me the happiest and I find it so cool to have my adopted mom and my real mom together. I love you so much." Kylie came and hugged me tightly.

"I won't." She grabbed her bags and we all left together.
"Kylie, do you mind staying with grandma for the weekend?"
"No I don't mind."
"Im gonna call her while you're in school."

"Alright." I dropped her off and it was just me and Alecia. I plan on getting Alecia off her ass tonight.
"Lex we have two months left of your vacation. If we're gonna get married we're gonna need to start planning."
"I know but I was thinking we could do something simple, like a court house wedding."
"But you're not simple baby, I wanna show you off."

"Give me a kiss love." I stopped at a red light leaning over to kiss her. I got so caught up I didn't even here the people behind us better see some of them go around.

We laid in bed cuddle up watching tv, my mom had already came and got Kylie's things so she could stay the weekend with her."
Just then Alexis and my phone started ringing like crazy.
"Hello?"
"Yes this is Alexis James." We answered almost simultaneously.
"Alecia, I went to the school like you told me to pick her so she could stay the weekend with me. The lady I'm the front office said she had left early, that her parent came to get her."
"Slow down mama, what you talking bout."
"She's not at the school Alecia."

"Give a few minutes and tell that lady at the front desk I got something for her ass."

"Kylie's gone, they're saying her parents came and got her early. They don't know where the freak she at, I'm bout to lose my mind."
"What the hell!!" Alexis got up started putting on clothes, if I knew Alexis she finna go to this school and start up.
