"Wait Alexis where you going?"
"There's an emergency at the hospital."
"Wait can I go?"
"Yea, come on." I followed behind her as went to the hospital. A nurse came out handing her her jacket. Let me tell you she was quick pace while I was way in the back trying to keep up. I finally caught up to her entering the surgery room
"Sorry baby, this is as far as you can go. I'll be back." She slid her mask down to kiss me.

"For you I'll be even greater." She winked going in as I stood at the little window and watched. A nurse came up scaring the shit out of me.

"Lucky ain't the word." We watched as Toni and a doctor started going at it and the third doctor took over. We moved out the way as she pushed him into the wall.
"Let me tell you something right here and right now, I don't give a damn if I'm not here you do not make surgery calls. You call me first we just cut open a man that didn't even need. Understand that if that man died it would've been my fault I would've been sued up to my ass of your undertrained ass."

He scoffed walking away from her as she went in her office I went in behind closing and locking the door.
"That don't make no damn sense!" She slammed her hand on the table. I walked around to her holding her by her waist.

"It ain't no calm down Alecia, a mans life was at stake today of his stupid ass. That would've been on me, my fault. He need some more training or classes or something."
"Dr. James, I'm responsible for Mikes mistake, I accidentally handed him the wrong x-ray."

"Dr. James— our before your ass be out a damn job." The girl jumped as her voice roared .

"Alecia do you know the man would've died I would've been at fault."

"Let me put your mind at ease baby." I eased her up on the desk standing between her legs as my hands began to journey down south.
"This is why I didn't wanna come back to soon. I know you have a job to do but your vacation isn't up yet. I'm your only job that needs to be done for your remainder of 5 months."
"I don't even know why they gave me this long."
