{A/N: For this story, Cate is much younger, she and Y/n are around 30-35 years old, you'll see why. Also, there's smut!}

"Wake up sleepyhead." Cate's voice was soft as she was playing in Y/n's hair with her fingers.

"No, not nooow!" Y/n said with a sleepy voice. It couldn't be the morning already, the night had been so short.

"My darling, we have a lot of scenes to shoot today, we have to get ready." Cate tried to leave the bed, but her wife didn't let her, Y/n took her by her waist and she pulled her closer to her naked body.

"But first, cuddle with me for a bit, pleaaase." Cate chuckled at how childish Y/n was. The blond stayed for a few minutes, caressing Y/n's arms around her the whole time. Even if Cate wanted to stay like that forever, they really had to be ready, today was a big day. She got out of bed what earned her a grunt from Y/n.

"Come on honey, I'll take a shower and I want you to be ready when I'm done." At the sound of the word 'shower', Y/n sat up on the bed, a thought had crossed her mind.

"Can I come with you?"

"Do you want us to be late?" Y/n pouted, the amused look on her wife's face pissed her off. Cate sticked her tongue out before she eclipsed herself in the bathroom.

Both of Y/n and Cate were actresses and recently, they got an opportunity to play in a movie together as lovers. They couldn't say no to that so two weeks ago, the shooting started and the best thing about playing together was that they could practice together whenever they wanted. The movie was about two women who were lovers when they were around seventeen, but one of them moved out without the chance to say goodbye. A couple years later, they happen upon each other by chance in a restaurant. We see them fall in love again until one day, one of them gets sick. She doesn't have long to live.

Cate and Y/n had shot all their scenes for the day, except one. It was a sex scene, when the lovers discover the other intimately for the second time. When Cate first read the script, she wasn't sure about that scene, she would have to actually make out with her wife, in front of people. It usually didn't disturb her to do such things with other actors, but now, she had to do it with her real life partner. But Y/n reassured her, it wouldn't take them too long to shoot it and they just had to faked it.

The room had been cleaned out, there was only a small amount of people left, the essential ones to shoot the scene. Cate and Y/n sat on the bed and the scene started. Cate, who was playing Liv, put her hands behind Y/n's neck, their forehead touching. Their heartbeat accelerated making them sweat already.

"I've missed your touch so much Liv." Y/n said cupping Cate's cheeks with her hands.

"I've missed you a lot Scarlett." The two wives melted into a tender, passionate kiss. From now, they weren't Liv and Scarlett anymore, they were Cate and Y/n, making out for the screen.

The two women got caught up by their attraction to one another. They weren't faking it, they were actually doing it. They pulled away, both of them needed to catch their breath. After, they continued to kiss, but they didn't stop there. Cate unbuttoned Y/n's shirt with eager and once it was done, she lied on top of Y/n. Cate left kisses all over her wife's neck, making her moan lightly. The blond woman sat up, next to Y/n and they both took the rest of their clothes off. The naked actresses went under the sheets, letting only their head be seen by the cameraman.

For the next part of the scene, Cate had to fake fingering Y/n, but when the older woman straddled her, which was unexpected, and started to really finger her wife, Y/n let a loud moan slip out of her mouth and she tried to look at Cate but she couldn't help her eyes to close by themselves. As Y/n was reaching her high, her wife added a third finger what made Y/n cum all over Cate's fingers. The scene was supposed to be over here, but the rest was improvised.
