As Rui said this, several tendrils make of shadows were suddenly launched at Yuuki. Seeing this, Yuuki merely glared at his opponent as he held up his right hand.
"Sound Domination:Sound Wall."

After absorbing the nearby sound and amplifying it, Yuuki manipulates the sound in his immediate vicinity into a wall of pure pressure, which simultaneously protects him and destroys portions of the surrounding area by firing it out through the air in a large omnidirectional echo. Just as this happened, Yuuki dashed with incredible speed towards Rui.
"You're moving too slow if you plan on skewering me!"
Just as Yuuki was dashing forward, he suddenly jumps backwards to avoid Rui's scythe, which she swung at him. The moment he did this, Rui smiled as she manipulated the shadows around the boy. Soon Yuuki's ankles and wrists were chained to the ground by shadows. He couldn't move around as freely, which was his most important trait thanks to his speed. Soon Rui began to walk towards Yuuki as she held her scythe.
"Foolishness, Yuuki. If only you were aiming to kill me. You could've easily have done it and won the battle, yet you choose to go this route. Don't worry...in my current state, my shadows are capable of devouring things in their path even if they posses no shadows themselves. It will all be over soon."
"Heh. I know you're being controlled by Hitomi, but that statement still pisses me off. If I killed you, wouldn't that mean i'd be personally breaking the promise you made to your brother?"
Rui's eyes widen a bit when she heard Yuuki's words. Despite her approaching him with her scythe in hand, she felt tears escaping from her eyes. Seeing this, Yuuki clenched his fists as he witnessed this sight.
"Call it foolish if you want, but i'm not gonna kill you. After all, you wanted to be strong enough so I wouldn't be worried about you, remember? After what i've seen so far, you haven't reached that point. Besides, after seeing a girl like you cry....how could I possibly kill you when you so desperately want to live? Sorry Rui, it's time to show some tough love. Sound Domination:Sound Bazooka!!!!!"
