"Thank you for helping Jimin, you can leave now I'll take care of him" Taehyung assured when they had reached the nurse's office.

"I'll stay, he's m-" "I think I'll just stay with Taehyung, we have a lot to talk about sorry for the trouble I caused Jungkook and thank you" Jimin smiled before lightly nudging his best friend, a silent plea to move.

"Thank you," Taehyung said opening the door and helping Jimin inside.

"Weird..." Jungkook muttered under his breath as he watched the door shut.

"Why did you not tell me he was the guy you liked?" Jimin sighed once they were on the bus halfway through their journey to Jimin's house.

"Well I didn't think you'd see him for a long while, and I didn't want you to steal him he's really cute" Taehyung muttered the last parts.

"How did you even manage to like him in the first place isn't he from my building?" Jimin asked "mmh, well I was running late for class and I fell and he helped me up, from then I started liking him" Taehyung answered.

"And how long ago was that?" Jimin questioned "about a year ago, I really really like him now, but...uh I don't think it'd work out so I don't want to like him but it's hard not to" Taehyung sighed.

"I can't lie I'm glad he actually exists because for a second I had thought you had liked me with the way you were going on about me and the guy I've been talking to" Jimin laughed

It was only a joke yet somehow Taehyung felt like he'd been caught. Why did he feel so upset about Jimin being happy he liked someone else?

"Would me getting with Jungkook make you happy? Me being with someone else would make you happy?" Taehyung furrowed his eyebrows.

"Mmh, I mean if they make you happy then of course it would make me happy why wouldn't? You're my best friend" it was the truth...so why did it sting.

That...That was when Taehyung realized he liked Jimin more than a friend but less than he loved Jungkook.

And that it wasn't normal for friends to want to do all the things he was sure Jimin and that guy were doing.

It wasn't normal to get jealous of the fact that Jimin went on dates with the guy he had been seeing for a month and a half now.

"You don't want to tell anyone we're dating?" Jungkook had made it sound just as bad as it felt when Jimin said it to him "I need a bit of time, so maybe could we act like strangers at school and could we not go on dates straight after school?" Jimin asked.

"I don't get it why we have to hide that we are dating?" Jungkook questioned "because...I'm not ready" that was a lie Jimin wanted everyone to know he was dating Jungkook.

But he couldn't let Taehyung get hurt, not because of him, not like that, he'd liked Jungkook for a year already, who was Jimin to just snatch him away from him?

He felt terrible.

"So why did you want to bring me here of all places? It's quite expensive.." Taehyung glanced up at Jimin.

Taehyung was well off maybe not rich much with a little saving he could get whatever he wanted Jimin, well...he wasn't as well off as Taehyung, it would take him months of saving to be able to buy anything he wanted.

That's why Taehyung was quite cautious when it came to spending Jimin's money.

"Well the guy I've been seeing took me here for our first date I remember it being nice so I wanted to bring you here" Jimin answered.

"Am I supposed to be happy hearing that?" Taehyung asked a frown instantly taking place on his face "gosh will you ever stop frowning at the mention of him" Jimin sighed "well I'm sorry I don't like him" Taehyung snorted.

"Well you better learn to, I mean what if we start dating? It's almost been 2 months...how can my best friend hate my boyfriend?" Jimin responded.

Taehyung's frown dropped a little and he looked a lot less happy "don't say stuff like that, I won't accept you dating him" He warned.

"Oh please, like I need you to accept us, if you gave him a chance you learn to love him like you love me, anyways you have Jungkookie so why are you so upset about me dating?" Jimin questioned.

Jimin knew he'd been asking a bit much about Jungkook lately, but he wanted to know if Taehyung really liked him.

"Jungkookie? Is that what we're calling him now" Taehyung smiled "oh now your smiling" Jimin raised his eyebrows "well we're talking about Jungkook" Taehyung laughed.

They then ordered and it wasn't until they had started eating that Jimin brought dating up again.

"Do you wanna go on a blind date?" Jimin asked "no I like Jungkook" Taehyung shook his head looking closer at his food "you know if...you and Jungkook," he wasn't even would focused on what he was saying but Jimin was listening.

"If you guys dated that would be nice- I knew it was a hair, that is disgusting Taehyung picked up the piece of hair on his meat.

"Look at this" he said showing Jimin who just stared at him, still shocked from what Taehyung had previously said.

"What?" Taehyung raised an eyebrow "if Jungkook and I dated? It would be nice?" Jimin asked "what? No, you are not allowed to date, Jungkook will date someone else" Taehyung nodded.

"Why am I not allowed to date?" Jimin asked "you are..but not that guy or Jungkook alright, you can date someone else but not that guy" Taehyung shook his head and put his fork down.

"That's not fair...I like that guy and I think we have something?" Jimin muttered "what? What do you mean have something? There is nothing he's done that I haven't or wasn't going to" Taehyung argued.

"But the feeling is different, while right now being with you was better than when he was here but when I'm with him I feel really happy and I get all shy and it's all... Different you're my best friend he's someone I see as a lover" Jimin sighed.

"Alright whatever, if you wanna date him then date him, I don't care" Taehyung's words were harsh but Jimin just nodded.

"Can we go now there was hair in the food" he didn't want to be any meaner than he was already being but he didn't want Jimin to see him getting upset.
