𝚂𝚖𝚘𝚔𝚒𝚗' 𝚘𝚞𝚝 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚠𝚒𝚗𝚍𝚘𝚠

The sound of rain pattering against the window, the warmth of the crackling fire and the smell of Demetrius' cigarette's, it was truly a rainy. Cassiopeia was asleep, her head in Remus' lap and Remus was running a hand through her hair while the other was occupied with a book. Sirius kept firing spells at the wall with James and Anastasia, Lily and Marlene were painting each others nails. Demetrius sat off in a corner by himself, a cloud of smoke covering him.

Earlier that day him and Sirius had argued again, it was like last time but slightly worse, a couple of glasses were thrown, there was shouting and all that. But when they argued they didn't speak to each other and did everything possible not to speak to each other. 

On rainy days like this Lily would normal put an ABBA record on but since Cassiopeia was asleep ''How much longer do you recon she's going to sleep for?'' Lily asked, nodding in Cassiopeia's direction ''She should sleep for the rest of the night now, you can put music on, she sleeps through anything.'' Remus tells her, ''Ah, okay then, dancing queen it is.'' Lily says moving to put the record on, while Demetrius climbed out the window ''What are you doing?'' Sirius asks ''Not that its any of your business but I climbing out a window to smoke.'' Demetrius tells him ''Fine do whatever you bloody please, I don't care anymore.'' Sirius shouts out to him.

Everyone looks at him ''Pads don't you think that was a bit harsh on him?'' Anastasia asks ''No it fucking wasn't, if he wants to be an arsehole and throw glasses and books at be so be it.'' Sirius states harshly ''He threw a glass at you?'' Cassiopeia asked softly ''Oh Cass I'm sorry did I wake you up.'' Sirius says gentler due to it being the sweet girl ''No, you didn't.'' Cassiopeia responds ''Yeah Demetrius threw a glass at me.'' Sirius sighs ''Why did he throw a glass at you.'' Lily says ''I think he got so angry, he just snapped.'' Sirius responds, ''Why don't I go speak to him.'' Anastasia suggests ''Sure, it probably isn't going to work.'' Sirius calls to her as she climbs out the window.

Anastasia sit next to Demetrius as he puffs out a thick mist of smoke ''Hey, what's wrong?'' Anastasia asks ''Nothing, nothing's wrong, just the prick in there who is a paranoid freak and thinks he can control my life.'' Demetrius responds angrily ''Deme listen to me you both got angry he called you a cheater, you threw some glasses but keeping to yourself and smoking isn't going to help.'' Anastasia tells him while rubbing his back ''Yes it will, the nicotine helps take pain away.''
