We finished our food and headed back to our building. We promised to be on time so I couldn't get an extra piece of chicken, but it was worth it. Me made it into the office right as the others were entering. We all exchanged small smiles before going in.
"Glad to see you all here." Montgomery said pleased.
"We don't fail so easy." Gold said proudly.
"I see. Lunar, Draco, Rainbow, please come forward."
The three stepped up.
"I suppose they didn't give you much information on themselves. So here's their files."
Lunar picked up a cyan one and read aloud:

Rainbow picked up a shiny gold file and started reading:

"Now that you know about each other," Montgomery began, "how about you learn about who your up against." (Yes this was an excuse for more files. Don't judge me 😤)
He slid a green, light blue and orange file on the table while collecting the others. We opened them and started looking over them:

Strengths: Has a healthy relationship with fire. Above average in parkour and self defense.

Description: Hot headed
"The three are known as the Dream team." Montgomery said taking the files back.
"What a name for people who are the exact opposite." Gold said rolling her eyes.
"They do say opposites attract and in their case, I suppose so. They argue like any team does but...they've managed to beat just about everyone we sent so..." Montgomery sighed trailing off.
"So how do expect us to get him?" Rainbow asked. "We're all only average agents and those guys took down the biggest agents in the FBI."
"Cause you all have strengths and weaknesses that are compatible." He explained. "For example: Rainbow, you aren't good at parkour but great at designing. And Gold is average in parkour and is a great actor. You both could create distractions."
Gold and Rainbow looked at each other and nodded smiling.
"And Funneh and Draco. You both are great at parkour. You could be the ones getting the job done."
I nudged Draco playfully. He nudged me back.
"And with Lunar's creativity and Rainbow's handy work. You both could make amazing gadgets for the agency."
Lunar and Rainbow exchanged a smile.
"All of you can get things done in your own way and with all 5 of you together..you just might be strong enough to take him down."
We all looked at each other with hope in our eyes. All 5 of us, from different departments, taking the masked murderer down for good. A dream we all want to see. (See what I did there? Dream? You'll get it eventually)
"I want you all to get to know each other and brainstorm ideas to take him down. I'll be sending you an email on where his next crime might be. Your hereby dismissesed"
We stepped out of the office and exchanged contacts.
"So what now?" Lunar asked.
"Let's go get kfc!" Draco said.
"Yesss!" I agreed
"Funneh we ate before we got here." Gold said.
"And now I'm hungry again."
"Fine lets go."
