"What if I never met you guys?" I adjust my shift in his lap.

"Than I guess we wouldn't be in this position right now" His hand brushes the strands of hair on my face away.

"That'd be a shame really. Your lap is quite comfortable as a pillow"

"So I've been told" He laughs leaning back on the trunk of the tree. The branches and leaves are wide enough were they keep us in the shade as we lay.

"I feel like I'm using you" I admit sitting up on my elbows looking at him.

"Technically I agreed to be with you to make him jealous. Trust me no harm is done to me while doing this."

"Yeah I know but it doesn't feel right you know? What if this ends badly? This plan is so damn stupid anyway" I tell Johnson truthfully. He puts his hand on my chin turning me to face him.

"You love him right?" I nod.

"And he told you that he still loves you right?" He continues and again I nod.

"Than this plan that Jady came up with is totally worth it" He says enthusiastically which makes me grin widely.

"I just-he hurt me badly and I can't go through that again"

"Look, it's obvious that he's not the same without you. And you likewise. You don't realize it but together you guys are complete."

"Why do you always have to talk smart? It makes it difficult for me to reply" I giggle shoving his shoulder.

"Because I just am."

"Oh whatever" I lay my head back on his lap.

"Dude, don't even start on your lovely Dovey stuff." Hayes warns me as we bother spot Leah with Johnson at the park.

"No I'm serious. You're such a sucker for love sometimes"

"Shut up." I roll my eyes.
