"Leah stop sitting on the floor and come over here" Cameron says patting the little extra seating next to him.
"You expect me to sit there?" I ask skeptically.
"Yes now come on" he says really eagerly. I shake my head and return back to my phone. I'm scrolling through twitter catching up with some friends and any drama if there is and which usually there is but it doesn't seem like it at the moment. I feel two hands go underneath me and pick me up. And I already have a feeling that I know who it is.
"Cam put me the fuck down. I was comfortable on the floor" I yell at him.
"No, you didn't listen so instead of sitting next to me you're sitting on my Lap. No exceptions" he replied. This dumbass is the dumbest ass I ever met.
"Bullshit" I say under my breath.
Cam sits down and places me on his lap causing me to sigh heavily. I look over at Nash and our eyes meet and from his face emotion I can tell already that he's upset. His jaw is clenched, which I must say us very hot, and he keeps messing his hair which he usually does when he's upset. I just let him be considering last time I ended up punching a mirror when I dealt with his jealous self.
I decide to play with Cameron for a bit so I occasionally poke his cheek as I did with Nash earlier but Cam isn't as annoyed but he does swat my hand away every time without looking. Ninja I must say.
I feel a tap on my shoulder and I look up and see Laura and Jady telling me to meet them in the kitchen. I nod telling them okay.
I get up from Cameron's lap and speed walk to the kitchen.
"Hey what's up?" I ask them curiously.
"Okay so well I told nash that I was going to leave it to him to tell you but its eating me inside. I told Jady because I had to tell someone but.."Laura begins. I motion for her to continue. She hesitates for a while so Jady steps in instead.
"What's she's trying to say is that Nash kissed her the day of the hospital which is also they say he asked you to be his girlfriend" Jady said rambling.
"What?"
"I said-" I cut her off " I know what you said but why didn't you just tell me?!" I say raising my voice a bit. I can tell the boys can hear us since they began to talk quieter.
"I was going to leave it to him" Laura says nervously.
"No. You're my best friend you should of told me when it happened instead of keeping it a secret!" I full on yell. I back away and run to the door as fast as I can, catching a glance at Nash and he looks worried but honestly I don't really care right now. A few tears drip out of my eyes as I run out the door and towards the park. I chew on my lip to try and control my crying,but it's hard. I mean who does that?! Who kisses a girl than asks a different girl to be their girlfriend? On the same day! I slow down once I'm about roughly 27 feet away from the house when I hear a door slam shut making me pause for a minute. Im just curious to see who it is.
I slowly turn around and sadly it's the last person I want to see right now.
"What happened?" Nash asks worriedly, but I feel like he already knows.
"I don't know. What did happen huh?" I question him. "What happened the day of the hospital?" I continue. His mouth falls open and immediately I know that he knows what I'm talk about.
"It wasn't suppose to happen"
"Oh sure it wasn't. Like asking me to be your girlfriend the same day wasn't suppose to happen"
"I was upset okay! what did you expect me to do huh?! explain!" He says shouting in my face. I step back and wipe some tears away.
"Anything but that! I just want to know why her?! Why her out of everybody else?" I say lowering my voice to a whisper towards the end.
"Because she was there for me and she helped me"
"You could've just said thank you but you kissed her Nash and call me stupid or whatever but knowing that really hurts" I say tears now falling out of my eyes more rapidly.
"I know it does but it meant absolutely nothing. It was nothing compared to the way I feel when I kiss you" he says stepping forward and placing his hands on my face and using his thumbs to wipe away the tears.
"I'm sorry" I sobbed and collided my body with his. I place a strong grip around his waist.
"No I should be sorry. I should've of told you" he says denying my apology. I look up at his face And I see him crying with me.
"Why are you crying?" I say laughing.
"Well when you're hurt I'm hurt so I cried"he says joking my laughter. He leans down and softly places his lips on mine. Jeez I can't get used to the feeling In my stomach when he does. I kiss back and wrap my arms around his neck.
"Whooohoooo they made up!!!" I hear Jack Johnson scream in the background. I forgot we're infront of the house again. I pull away from Nash and look over to him and flip him off.
"C'mon let's go. I have sitting down to do" I say against his lips. He pecks my lips once more before kissing my cheek. He wraps his arm over my shoulder and drag me back to the house. When we go back in he picks me up and places me in his lap like Cameron did. What the fuck twice in a day I sit in someone's lap but I certainly prefer this lap more though.He takes out his phone and we start taking a bunch of random selfies.
