Life or death? (Loki x Y/n x Thor)

(In this short story, Loki is dead. He was killed by Thanos this story takes place after that)

*you've been shot. you fall down, as blood is flowing out. Thor quickly rushes over to you he calls the ambulance and takes you in his lap*

Thor: No no no pls no. Y/n just look at me, look at me everything is going to be just fine ok I..I'm going to fix you. *tears are flooding his eyes*
Y/n: Thor, I-I lived for a-a long time. There was lots of ups and downs but I really don't think I can make it.
Thor: no no! Of course you can I know it-
Y/n: Thor it's ok I- I knew this would come one day or another. At least after this I'll find some peace..that's all I ever wanted.
Thor: no Y/n please. You're all I have left please..I need you, Y/n.
Y/n: I'm...sorry.
Thor: no it's gonna be ok I know it-
*while Thor talks you slowly start to lose consciousness. As your in a room where you see bit of a dim light fading in and Loki standing in the room right beside you*
Y/n: wait..Loki?
Loki: yes, my dear?
Y/n: where am I? Why can't I really see you is this an illusion?
Loki: no darling. You haven't fully die yet but you are slowly dying on earth.
Y/n: so this is like..afterlife?
Loki: yes, love. Now what are you waiting for? You have to stop fighting it. You're trying to stay alive your trying to stay awake but if you just close your eyes then we can finally really see each other again. Oh how much I missed you, darling *he says in a sweet voice with a smile on his face*
Thor: c'mon Y/n you can do it pls just a few more seconds pls Y/n. I know you can do it just hold on just a few more seconds. *Thor says with a shaky voice*

*your still trying to keep your eyes open to stay conscious but every second it's getting harder for you*

Thor: pls Y/n you can do it. You are so strong please I lost everyone please I need you please just hold one for one more second and it'll be over ok. Y/n pls don't go, don't leave me.
Loki: Please Y/n, I waited for you for days and days. After dying I finally found a little peace but i still haven't found my paradise. That's you. You are my paradise my real home. Please Y/n, close your eyes my dear. I promise one day you'll get to see Thor again for now please just come over. Let's build our home together. Please don't go away again.

Loki version:

Y/n: I'm so sorry Thor *you say while closing your eyes*
Thor: Y/n, no! Please one more second is all i ask for *he says while crying*

"Please don't leave me, Y/n please" *you hear Thor say this line as you finally close your eyes*
*after barely one second, you open your eyes again. You're in a gorgeous garden, light shining on your skin, you don't have the wound anymore you look to the side to see Loki right beside you with a huge smile on his face*
Y/n: Loki..
Loki: c'mon love *he takes your hand and gives you a kiss on your hand*
Loki: welcome home, Y/n. *he says with a sweet tone*
*you look at him and smile*
Loki: now c'mon lets have some fun first
Y/n: Loki how? I just left Thor all alone I feel..I can't help feel anything but guilty.
*Loki gently caresses your face*

Loki: I know what you did you must feel a bit of guilty but don't. It's not your fault. On Earth almost everyday there was something to bother you to make you feel pain but now you won't. Everybody wants a bit of peace. And Thor I promise you you will meet him again one day. It's hard for him right now I know but that's just reality. Everybody has to go through a bit of pain even if it seems unfair sometimes. But again I promise you one day he will make it out of there and you will see him again. He will be happy again.

*you slowly smile and take his hand in yours. You kiss him, as he wraps one of his arms around your waist and brings you closer to him*

Loki: I missed you so much. *you hug him and he spins you around*
*both of you hold each others hands and run through the huge garden. You both arrive at the top of a beautiful hill*
Loki: c'mon scream about something
Y/n: what?
Loki: when I died i first came here and screamed something it just feels like letting all the pain go away. It feels good you should try.
*after a few minutes you decide to do it*
Y/n: Im free!! *you scream happily, as it echos back*
*you laugh*
Loki: that's what I said too!
Loki: and I'm finally in paradise!! *he screams and laughs*
Y/n: you were in paradise all this time
Loki: yes but something or someone was always missing now she's here so now it's like official
*you smile and hug him again*
Y/n: for so many days I just wanted this to be able to hold you again *you say with a weak smile as a tear falls out of your eyes*
*Loki gently wipes away the tears and kisses your head*
Loki: me too, love. As I was happy I found some peace without you it was like hell. Peace wasn't enough to make me truly happy but now for the first times in years I am happy
*he sweetly kisses you again*
Loki: I love you so much, Y/n.
Y/n: I love you too.

Thor version:

Y/n: Loki, I can't do that to Thor. I love you but Thor he's my friend and he needs me right now I just can't leave him but one day i will meet you again.
*tears fall out of Loki's eyes as he weakly smiles*
Loki: I'll wait for you, my love.
*you smile as Loki starts to fade away and you hear Thor again. One last time you force your eyes to open as you see medics surrounding you*

*after possibly a few hours, you wake up in a hospital bed. You see Thor sitting beside you*
Thor: Y/n your back! *he smiles*
*you weakly smile*
Y/n: yeah.. *tears start to fall out of your eyes*
Thor: what's wrong?
Y/n: when I was struggling to stay alive I um well I almost went away and I saw Loki.
Thor: wait really?
Y/n: yes he..finally found a little peace God knows I'd do anything to actually be with him again.
Thor: then why didn't you go? You could've been in peace too.
Y/n: yes but i couldn't leave you. You said you needed me and I promised you I'd be there for you and I don't break promises.
*Thor smiles as he starts to tear up again*
Thor: thank you. Thank you so much, Y/n. Without you I wouldn't have anyone. And I know you're sad about Loki but I promise you, will meet him again. Cause as much as I hate to say it I can't hold on to you forever. One day or another you have to go away and you will meet him, I promise.
Y/n: I know. And one day I'm sure you'll get to meet him too.
*both of you smile*
Y/n: now get out I want to take a nap in peace
*Thor chuckles lightly*
Thor: yes well this well earned rest. So um sleep well, I'll see you soon.
