First date (L)💚

You and Loki have been pretty good friends for a long time and both of you wanted to take that relationship to the next level. He was always your closest friend. You can always rely on him, he's always very fun to br around, etc. Anyways both of you planned a date tonight but today even though you were really excited for the date your day couldn't have been more shittier. For now your mood is pretty bad so you want to cancel the date for tonight.

*You call Loki*
Y/n: hey, Loki.. *you say in a slightly shaky voice*
Loki: hey Y/n...is everything alright, my dear?
It sounds like something's wrong.
Y/n: yeah well I um I called to say that I'm cancelling the date for tonight.
Loki: oh ok don't worry about it. But what's wrong?
Y/n: ugh this whole day. I think this was one of the worst days of my life so I'm really just not in the mood sorry.
Loki: no no it's fine. Do you want to talk about it?
Y/n: maybe..sure I mean I don't know really
Loki: ok well just try to relax. I'm coming over and we can talk about it.

*after a few minutes, your doorbell rings*
*you open the door and see Loki*
Y/n: hey, Lo. Come in
Loki: so i brought a few more things that might cheer you up a bit. I brought some ice cream, your favourite chocolate, a bit of wine if you need that.
Y/n: aww thanks. But what I really need is a hug right now.
Loki: oh my angel. Come here

*you hug him, resting your head on his chest as he wraps his arms around you resting his chin on your head. He slowly rubs your back making you feel more comfortable*

*after a few minutes, you finally pull away from him*
Loki: so you want to talk about it?
Y/n: yes but I really need a bottle of wine in my hands while I do that.
*Loki chuckles lightly*
*you grab the bottle of wine and sit down on the couch*
Loki: you know I have another idea we can do this then we'll still be able to talk about those problems and we can just make this a date.
Y/n: what?
Loki: just hold on a moment.
*he goes upstairs to your bedroom*

*Loki comes downstairs to you with pillows, blankets, sheets, etc*
Y/n: what are you doing?
Loki: making this a date. I mean there's no rules about what you have to talk about on your date. So we can talk about your problems, watch a movie etc anyways it'll be a great date.
*you sit on the couch as you watch him build a fort with all those*
Y/n: want a little help there, snowflake?
Loki: sure.
*both of you build a small fort together*
Loki: do you have any decorative lights?
Y/n: do we really need that?
Loki: yes of course we do. This is a very special night.
Y/n: fine they're in other room right beside my room.
*he brings the small lights and starts hanging them up*
Y/n: you know for our first date I really thought it was going to be different probably not me in my pjs and here but I'm not complaining it's cute but still.
Loki: well you can't control your emotions like that. You can't control when you have a bad day. And this night may not involve fancy dinner at a fancy restaurant or you wearing something fancy me in suite or you know this night may not be so fancy but it'll still be a very special night. Because as long as we're really together no matter where we are or what we're wearing it'll always be special. But you know don't worry we'll of course have those kind of fancy dates whenever you want. For now which movie?
Y/n: hm I don't know maybe...Lion king or Frozen. Yeah let's go with Lion king.
Loki: Lion king it is.
*he starts the movie on your laptop as he brings over ice cream, chocolates, cookies and other snacks. He wraps his arm around you as you rest your head on his shoulder*

Loki: so what happened today?
*you talk to Loki about your bad day. You cry on his shoulder as he hugs you again*
*after hours of talking, crying, eating ice cream and drinking wine, watching lots of Disney movies finally after a few hours you fall asleep on his chest as after just a few seconds he also falls asleep there with his arm still lightly wrapped around you*
