It's been one month, since Anubhav had left. Hassena had drowned herself in work to distract her mind. Maa and Ammi were worried for their children. She was living her her house itself so no one could Doubt.

That day, Ammi had invited some of her friends from colony to chit chat  with and have dinner as it was her Birthday. Hassena was busy making breakfast and preparing for night, when suddenly she felt nauseous and ran towards the washroom.

She came and sat on the bed completely exchaused.

"Yah Allah! Kahi hum jaisa soch rahe hai vaisa toh nahi hai...", Hassena murmured to herself. "Nahi nahi aaisa nahi hoga hum bekar mein tension le rahe hai", she said trying to calm herself. "Lekin, hum dusre symptoms ko bhi najarandaz nahi kar sakte. Hamare periods miss ho gaye, hume kuch dino se chakkar aa rahe hai. Humare mood swings kitne badh gaye hai. Hume do din se ultiyan ho rahi hai... Kahi hum sach mein pregnant toh nahi hai...", She said and she kept her hand on her belly, happy + worriedly.

"Hassena...", She heard her mother Calling her, so she shrugged off the thoughts and went downstairs.

"Kya hua Ammi?"

"Are voh main bahar ja rahi hun, bazaar. Toh tujhe kuch chahiye toh main le ati hun...", Ammi said packing her stuffs into her bag.

"Are aap kyu ja rahi hai. Vaise bhi dhup bohot tez hai. Ek kaam kijiye. Hum jate hai. Aap hume list bana dijiye, aapko jo bhi chahiye hum lekar ate hai..."

"Lekin..."

"Ammi!"

"Chal thik hai. Tu ja, main tujhe list bana deti hun. Lekin sambhal kar jana. Aur jaldi ana. Mujhe khaana banane mein koi madad karne vala bhi toh chahiye..."

"Ha Ammi, hum jaldi aa jayenge..."

"Chalo, iss bahane hum aapna test karva lenge... Hum iss mamle mein risk nahi lena chahte...", Hassena thought.

Hassena was sitting waiting for results of her tests. She had given her blood samples two hours ago when she had came there. Doctors had told her to wait for two hours so she had shop everything needed in those two hours.

She was very anxious about the test result. She was nervous on how will their mothers react on this? How will Anubhav react on this? Well, Anubhav wasn't there, but she wasn't sure that if he wanted child so soon when no one except few knows about their marriage.

Her thoughts were broken, when Doctor called her inside. She gathered herself up and went inside. She sat on the chair and asked about the reports.

"Congratulations, You are 3 weeks pregnant, Hassena Ma'am", Doctor congratulated her.

Hassena's mind went numb. She couldn't believe her ears. She was gonna be a mother. Tears started flowing from her eyes of happiness. She placed her hand on her belly to feel the baby inside her. She closed her eyes, and indeed she could feel life and a positive energy inside her.

Hassena's pov

Yah Allah, kya humne jo suna voh sach hai. Hum Ammi banne vale hai. Hum Anubhav ke bacche ki Maa banne vale hai. Hume toh yakin hi nahi ho raha ki hamare andar ek zindagi hai, hamare baccha hai... Maa banna sach mein bohot hi acchi feeling hoti hai. Isse badi khushi kya ho sakti hai bhala? Lekin hum Anubhav ko kaise bataye? Are hume toh yeh bhi nahi pata ki unhe yeh baccha chahiye bhi ya nahi. Lekin voh mana kyu Karenge, yeh unka bhi toh baccha haina? Aur jaha tak hume pata hai Anubhav ko baccho se bohot jyada lagav hai. Jab voh dusre baccho ko itna lagav dete hai jinhe voh jante bhi nahi, toh voh aapne bacche ko kitna pyaar karenge. Shayad humse bhi jyada...

Hassena's pov ended.

"Doctor, aap sach keh rahi haina?", Hassena asked in trembling voice.

"Ha, ma'am, aap sach mein pregnant hai. Aur agar aapko confirm karna hi hai toh aap chahe toh sonography bhi kar sakti hai...", Doctor said smiling.

Hassena nodded her head.

Hassena layed on the bed while Doctor was performing Sonography process on her. Once she was done, Doctor asked Hassena to focus on the screen.

"Voh dekhiye ma'am voh apka baby...", Doctor pointed.

Hassena touched the screen and tears filled her eyes again.

"Vaise aapke husband kaha hai?"

Hassena stopped and looked at her, she remembered her conversation with Anubhav.

Flashback

"Hassena, yeh chand kitna khoobsurat hai, aapse kaam hi sahi lekin khoobsurat toh hai...", Anubhav smiled at her.

They were sitting in their balcony gazing at the moon.

"Kya Anu? Aap flirt karne ka ek mauka nahi chodte. Vaise, aaj achanak chand khoobsurat kaise lagne laga aapko?", She asked raising her eyebrows.

He weakly smiled and looked at her.

"Aaj inte saalon baad chand ko itni shanti se dekhne ka mauka mila hai. Baba ke jane ke baad aur aap hamare zindagi mein ane pehle hamare chand dekhne ka maan hi nahi hota tha. Jab bhi dekhte the Ankhen bhar ati thi. Parantu aab aap hamare saath hai isiliye hume koi chinta nahi hai...", He smiled.

"Vaise humme aaise kya baat hai?"

"Hassena aapko pata hai, jab bhi hamara baccha iss duniya mein ayega hum usse voh saari khushiyan denge jo voh hamari santan hone ke naatein milni chahiye. Aur hum aapko kabhi akela nahi chodenge. Haar vakt aapke aas paas rahenge taki aapko aur hamare bacche ko kisi bhi prakar ka kasht na ho.", He said.

"Hum usse dusra Anubhav nahi banana chahte", he thought.

"Hum bhi aapka pura saath denge...", Hassena said.

"Hassena jab pehli baar hum usse sonography ke jariye dekhenge na tab hume sabse pehle uske dil ki dhadkan sunni hai. Usse dekhna hai... Kitna chota hoga voh aur jab voh hamare paas hoga tab hum kitne khush honge na...."

"Beshak yeh aapka hak hai, lekin aapne hamare sawal ka jawab toh diya hi nahi...", She said with a frown on her face.

They both heartily laughed.

Flashback over.

"Sorry Anubhav, hum aapki iss iccha ko pura hota hua nahi dekh paye... Lekin jab bhi aap vapas ayenge tab aap hamare bacche ko dekhkar bohot matlab bohot khush honge. Iss baat ka pura yakin hai hume...", She thought.

"Voh actually sheher mein nahi hai...", Hassena gave her a weak smile and continued looking at the screen, smiling wholeheartedly.

So, let me clear that this time, I want to convey through my story that what agents and officers sacrifice for their nation and just to protect civilians.

But, the sad truth is many few people are able to recognise the pain this people have, of not be able to explain their pov to others, of not to get time with their loved ones to spend with, of not going home for years, of burying feelings deep inside their hearts and pretend to be stone hearted or 'Dhokebaaz', aab samajhdar ko ishara hi kaafi hota hai...

Now the question is, will Anubhav return? What will be side effect of this good news on Hassena's life? How will Hassena deal with world without Anubhav for their child? Will Hassena reveal to everyone that she is married? Will the world accept it?
