Driving through the aquatic sunshine, amid a sea of crimson petals of the fall, the car managed to gain enough attention as it drived through the New York streets.

"How's the updates with the STAR project?" asked Norman, sitting sophisticately along the back seat of his lavish car, hus arms folded under a large overcoat and his legs crossed. His media-savvy eyes tracing the people outisde who tried to peer into the car's black glasses as it swished passed them.

"I have managed to harness a certain amount of energy out of the dark dimension of the STAR channels, but I fear, Norman they are of no avail for your particular reasons."

Norman shut his eyes, taking his eyes away from the glass of the car, to stare at the man beside him inside.

"Dr Ohnn!" Norman spoke, his voice indistinguishable from a grunt, "I have put all my funds into your your project. I expect a result Ohnn, I exepect something feasible!"

Ohnn stared downwards, deliberately not wanting to meet his co-passenger's eyes.

"The energy of the STAR teleportals, is collateral to the energies generated by blackholes, Norman. Nobody knows, what kind of properties such potency is suppose to posses--" Ohnn explained before letting out a deep sigh, and bringing his eyes to stare at the large glistening cables of the Manhattan bridge, as their car races over it.

"You managed to do a successful teleportation with it!" Norman snapped back, almost in a tone unexpected by Ohnn.

"It was an object Norman!" replied Ohnn, his voice deliberate and emphasive, "It was a dead wood block, easy to break and transfer at molecular level. This can't be done with alive personas, Norman---"

"I am not talking about that!" slammed Norman, biting the insides of cheeck evident through his crackling voice. "You did a teleportation! And in doing so, you used the dimension beyond tgat portal, you used its energy!"

"Yes--" stammered Ohnn, unaware of what Norman was hinting at him, "The energy is still not proven to be innocuous. Its formation, its existence, its functioning, is nothing but a matter of question Norman!"

"I need you to harness it for me. You know what I want--" Norman spoke, his voice getting serious and piercing.

"Norman but--"

"John!" interrupted Norman, shoving a palm into Ohnn's face, indicating him to stop speaking. "I am in dire need of such energy, Ohnn. The portal you created has the energy of promising numerous possibilities. I want you to bring me that energy. I want you to help me build my project from that little invention of yours."

Ohnn remained silent, bluntly listenly to everything the old withering lips of Norman told him.

"What do you need that energy for?" Ohnn asked instantly, staring right into Norman's uneasy eyes.

The car turned down the first right after the bridge, the fainting sunrays cast upon the passengers' face, revaling equal amount of tension and unsuerity.

"Ohnn, this is not something I can explain, but--"

"What is it, that you want the energies for?" Ohnn snapped again, this time sounding more adamant in reply to his companion's incapability to explain.

Something about the silence that followed, strongly reminding Ohnn about the slight inaccuracy in the air of their conversation.

The silence stretched further, both the men staring at each other, waiting for the wall of animosity to break between them.

"Ohnn-" started Norman, his voice cracking up into a mournful tone, "This is tough" he remarked, breaking the rye contact, looking away as he began to shed some tears.
