Third Person's POV
It wasn't as fun as they thought it would be to torture Brittney and Brianna because both of them were screaming like hyenas and we were making the triplets' ears bleed. They tried to tape her mouth, gag it up, cloth it out but nothing stopped them from screaming as if they had practised screaming with their mouth taped up, but we won't go there.
As it wasn't fun for triplets to torture Brittany and Brianna, they decided to end it quickly since Adina needed rest after the surgery. So, they just put 2 Tub full of Hot boiling Iol on both of them, then put Acid on their bodies and watched them burn alive in front of them. After a few minutes of confirmation that they are dead, they put 6 bullets each in both of them.

After the most boring torture session of their lives, the triplets went home to get some rest. On the way home, Adina was a little too quiet, which scared Alessio and Amir a bit, so they asked. "Ad what happened"
Adina visibly flinched hearing Ad coming out of their mouths, hearing that Explanation of Ad brought out bad memories of her which she wanted to keep hidden inside her and take to her grave. But looks like it won't happen because her triplet was very observant, so they saw the flinch she had.
Adina closed her eyes in anger that she couldn't control her emotions in front of them. She was digging her nails inside her palm so much that it started drawing out blood from it which Alessio noticed quickly and opened her fist.
Alessio looked at her palm and the blood on it, he knew something has happened in there that brought the Anxiety out of Adina that she was hurting herself without her knowing. And that thought scared the living shit out of him. He knew something has happened there, but he didn't want to believe it because that would only mean that he has failed as a brother again.
As Alessio was looking at Adina's palm, Amir was looking at her face, he knew that one of their words triggered something in her mind. He may seem like a stupid brother compared to his other triplet, but he was far more than he shows. He recalls the words they said to her just now, 'Ad what happened' he was thinking of which word may have triggered the bad memory. 'Whan and 'Happened' are the only words that don't make any sense meaning the word that triggered her memory lane was 'Ad'.
His heart Aches after realising that the name which they both have been calling her for years was the word that triggered the memory lane.
On the other hand, all that was playing in Adina's mind was Abandoned Daughter, as much as she says that it doesn't matter to her, it does, it certainly does, because she didn't want people to give her that name, she didn't ask Alexander to be her Sperm Donor or for him to be her guardian, no she didn't ask for anything yet the life has it's a way of giving her pains of the world. It's been quite some time since she has had these thoughts in her mind.
