It's 9:30am and we are already leaving to the airport with all of our stuff. Mum told me that dad was in jail for 24hrs so he will come home to an empty house. I hope he doesn't know where we are going.
I slept most of the time on the airplane but was woken up by a kid screaming. "How long until we get there Court?" I asked. She relied with "30mins." She hadn't had any sleep at all. I don't know why but niether had mum. I just listened to music on my iPod until we arrived.
We caught a taxi to our new house which mum told us she had applied for 2 months ago. Woah she had this planned for a while. The place we were living in was called 'Glenroy' and apparently was a suburb of Melbourne.
Our house was so big and it was literally amazing! It was two story and had and en suite in every bedroom. Sweet! My bedroom was the biggest and painted sky blue.
After we had set up all of our stuff mum called us down for dinner. While sitting at the bar eating mum was telling us about everything. We start school in 2 days. I'm scared because I don't know anyone. Oh well I guess I'll just have to put up with it.
We had all our stuff set up that night and mum said the next morning that we will go shopping. Yes! I love shopping! Especially with mum because she is so generous with money. Thinking that I mentally winked.
