I was on my way down to the local supermarket to get some groceries while Luke was bathing Hazel and getting her ready for the day. The shop was really really busy. I was walking through the aisle trying to find some milk when I got shoved into the shelf. It was Bradley. What was he doing here? He asked me politely to come outside to talk and I didn't want to seem rude so I followed him out to his car. He pointed to the backseat window. There on the floor of the back seat was my little sister, wrapped up in plastic. Her wounds had been cleaned and she was dressed nice as if she was about to be buried at her funeral. I stared in shock. "Why w-w-why do you have my sister?" I asked Bradley. Completely stunned. "I stole her out of the morgue so you could see her one last time." He explained to me. I just stood there shocked.
•Lukes POV•
Hazel was playing with her plastic toys in the bath while Sophie went down to the supermarket to get groceries. She was taking her time and I had already got Hazel out of the bath and dressed about half an hour before she arrived home. "You took your time." I said to her unpleased. I wonder why she was so late home. She didn't look too happy either. I didn't worry because she is probably just tired.
After dinner we went straight to bed. We hardly talked or anything. I was still too scared to ask her if she was okay though.I woke up to find an empty space in the bed beside me. I walked down the stairs quietly to try and find Sophie. She wasn't down there. I walked towards the bathroom because I needed to shave. The door was locked. What the hell? "Soph are you alright?" I asked her through the door. There was no response or sound coming from the bathroom at all. I walked out and around the house to the bathroom window. I peered in to the window. Oh no. No no no no no no please no. "SOPHIE!" I screamed at her through the window. She was laying lifelessly in a pool of her own blood. Fuck fuck fuck what do I do?! I ran over to Rhiannas. "Luke what do you need at this time of a morning?" She asked me. I hadn't even bothered to check the time. "Sophie locked herself in the bathroom and I looked through the window and s-she is laying in a pool of her own blood on the floor!" I yelled as I burst into tears. What if she was actually dead? She was my whole life apart from Hazel. I can't just let her go now! Rhianna called 000 while Ryan ran in and took Hazel over to their house. The ambulance and police arrived about 15 minutes later. Of course they were running late.
