33. Injury, hearts & Shehnaaz?

Eventually They just got so distracted in each other, that eventually shehnaaz forgot exactly why she came all the way through Seattle to London, from Steven's to RS's, her job post. And Sidharth too was just so lost in finding the unsolved life answers that he forgot that shehnaaz was one of his delegates, who just came for a few months working and would be back to her own office on her time.

Although shehnaaz made her mind clear, of not letting herself into any of those stuffs again, but was she really successful? Her eyes still finds him mist the chaos, her face wrinkles up in smile just in a mere sight of him till now. Love can never be over. 

It been closely 2months she was here, the first month went on her calling sidharth sir, strengthening up her mind, avoiding him, trying best possible to keep a distance and stuffs, and another half of the month went with her rebuilding the things between them, and their stuffs.

While Sidharth who definitely didn't have an idea of exactly what shehnaaz was still having inside, and assuming her to let go everything and start a new. He tried and was trying to set up things between them like earlier, he was close to it, but then unlike the past times, he had a list of unanswered questions in his mind.

But though he could still feel a thin and translucent wall between them, surrounding shehnaaz like no other. Her not so carefree nature, calculated words made him think most of the times.

Sidharth was on his way to return back home from his site visit, it took a span of 3 days to settle everything. And he was definitely excited about returning all the way newly. But the incident which took place in between those 3 days wasn't actually in too much of his favour. 

Sitting in the back seat he leaned his head back and carefully holding his left arm with the right one not making it more worse, his mind flew to just the night before he texted shehnaaz,

Hey, u up? Sidharth texted,

While in the middle of binging Netflix to divert her mind from sidharth she got his meassage,

Haan. All good? Kuch problem? Shehnaaz typed again,

Nah, asehi. You good?  Came the reply,

Ohk..yea..theek hu..too hectic day.. she replied giving the hint,

Oh.. ok.. good night then, neend aarhi hogi.. you need rest. sidharth typed perplexed, not actually expecting this

Haan. Thank you, good night. Shehnaaz typed before going offline.

Sidharth no doubt felt something to be definitely wrong. Shehnaaz was never among the ones to ignore conversations. Neither she was still coping with their being together again. No, she was one of the finest in gelling up with people.  Closing his eyes he went in sleep thinking he had to visit office as soon as he reaches.

"Areh haa baba... aa rahi hu... 4 baar bell baja diya " Ritaji scoffed running by the hall to open the gate.  She was already informed by sidharth himself of his returning back today morning.
