- Sasuke being bullied by an older brother is a must, no matter what AU-- this is no exception. MC/Kama is a bad brother but at least he's not worse than Canon!Itachi, that's for sure.
- MC will have a given name, and it's "Kama", inspired from the Kamaitachi (Sickle Weasel) youkai. So yeah, it's my poor attempt of showing that Kama and Itachi are two halves of a whole and that Fugaku has unoriginal naming talent lmao
- Listen, Kama/MC and Shisui are not closely related. If Itachi can have Uchiha Izumi, Kama/MC can also have an Uchiha partner. It also helps that Kama/MC doesn't see his clan as family anyway, which is kinda sad oof.
- Like the summary said, Kama/MC is an asshole. He's not a hero and he's mostly a morally gray character. That said, that doesn't mean he doesn't care... to some extent. He's also Itachi's fraternal twin, which means they are NOT identical in appearance.
- This flash fic is a writing experiment on my part, and it's going to be fast-paced. Surprisingly, I already know what's going to happen and how it's going to end. In fact, I already know how many chapters this fic is going to have: nine-- that also includes the prologue.
