Niall's p.o.v
I woke up seeing the love of my life in a hospital bed,fighting for her life.
If i just could,turn back time.i could save her.this is all my fault!
I moved towards her and sat on the chair near her.i held her hand on mine,
You were in front of me,but i didnt do anything.i started
Now,youre fighting for your life.all because of me.i said to her the only thing i could hear is the beeping of the stuff connected to her body
Why-why is it supposed to be you?!i started to cry.
I promised!i promised,that i will protect you with all my life!but i broke it,i broke it.now im here waiting for you to wake up.i continued while sniffing.
Is this a dream or some kind of nightmare?if yes,i wish i could wake up right now.i said while crying harder.
Then the door opened,i saw eleanor,monic,harry and liam.
They all headed to me and hugged me,but monic immediately headed to her best friend speechless,because after the incident,they didnt permit us to enter charm's hospital room after 4 hours.so we need to wait at the canteen,because they are hungry.
Hey mate,.harry started with a very sad face.
Um,we'll take care of charm first,.eleanor said.
Yeah mate,you havent eaten this past 4 hours,and look at your eyes it's blood shot.liam added with a concerned face.
Ok,thank you very much.i said
No problem mate.harry replied.
Btw,where is louis?i asked
He's talking to simon to cancel the tour first and just move it next next next week.eleanor said to me.
Oh.okay.i replied and got out of charm's hospital room.
I looked at my watch it's already 4 pm in the after noon.
When im heading to the hospital canteen,i couldnt believe what happened this day.it just cant sink in,.
I looked at the people around me,i just realize that everyone has a problem it just depends on how they deal with it.but,why is it hard for me? I ask my self.
Afte minutes of thinking i was infront of a door saying canteen.
I entered the room.
A very cheerful teenager maybe 15 yrs. Old welcomed me with a big smile,and said. Good after noon sir!what can i get you?
I have her a weak smile and said,what are available?
We have chicken soup,noodles,rice with fried fish,and salad.she said to me while pointing on the food infront of me.
I just giggled weakly.
I'll get the noodles.i said.
Ok sir!i'll just give it to you after it's cooked.she said.
Ok,how much is it?i asked get my wallet.
It's £12.00 sir.she said.
And i gave her the amount of money.
I sat near the glass window and where the t.v was located.
There was not much people here at the canteen,i think it's only me,the staff and a old lady and an old man eating.
I looked at the old couple,i admire how they take care of each other.i wish me and charm would grow old together like that,i smiled at the two of them.
Charm is in a coma,she's not yet dead.relax have hope. I said to myself,.
Then,i looked at the t.v there was a reporter
Reporter:good afternoon london!the internet was broke lose by the directioners,.they posted pictures of the rumored girl friend of niall horan from one direction,the picture's was spreaded this after noon around 2 pm. Some posted get well soon ms.charmaine ramos. And a picture of a ms.charmaine in a hospital,then after 30 minutes.somebody posted a picture of ms.charmaine at a hospital bed,and the caption was."get well miss charmaine,youre a very good person.and many people needs you."
There was an insider who said to us that ms.charmaine's stage was critical already,she might be dead any minute.we then ask the insider if there would be a chance if ms.charmaine could survive.yes,it's possible.it's just a coma.the insider said.
That would be all,we'll keep you in touch what's happening with her.get well soon ms.charmaine!the reporter ended her so called report.
Insider?i asked my self.
Um,sir.here is youre noodles!the cheerful teenager said to me.
Thank you,i said.
I ate my noodles silently.
I headed to lobby of the hospital,and headed to the nurse station.while i was walking,i could see paparatzi's were at the entrance door.when i was getting near the nurse's station,someone shouted. "THERE'S HORAN!"
and there were flashes of camera's around me.
I headed to the nurse's station immediately,and ask if i some news reporters came inside.
Ye-yes,there-there was.the nurse said while looking at me love struck.
Who did they interviewed?i asked
Um,nurse villanueva.she said.
Who?i asked again,i didnt understand her.
Nurse villanueva sir.she reapeated.
Do you know where she is right now?i asked.
Yes,she's at room 348.she said.
Oh,thank you very much!i said while running towards the elavator.
Im going to be everywhere.i whispered to my self.and i realized room 348 is the room where charm is.
I heard a thing sound that means im at 3rd floor,when the elavator door opened i ran towards the room 348.
I knocked 2 times before liam opened the door to me.
Hi mate!liam said to me.
Hi.i responded while entering the room.
Who is miss villanueva?i asked.
everyone looked at me.
Then the nurse who is cheking charm's heartbeat raised her hand.
So your villanueva..i said.
She nodded.
After that,can we talk outside?i said sternly.
Ye-yes si-sir.she said stuttering.
While waiting,monic and i had a conversation.
niall,someone called charm's phone last night.she said worried.
who?i asked.
I dont really know,.it's just a number.she said.
But,did you answer it?i asked
Yes,i answered it.monic said while looking at the floor
What did it said?i ask her.
He know who i am.and he said that we shoudnt waste our move,because they have already planned something.monic said slowly.
He also said thag watch out,we shouldnt be happy,and he said that once we telled the cops about these were all gonna die.monic whispered.
My eyes get wider.
What do you mean?i asked monic.
I mean,every of our move is been watch,maybe a nurse or a doctor or any staff here is with the guy who called charm's phone.monic said
Or,maybe the one who called charm's number has a spy or what here.i said while thinking of possibilities.
Yeah.monic said.
Um,sir horan.we could talk now.the nurse said.
Me and monic looked at each other before i stand up and nodded.
Can we talk outside?i asked
Liam and the others were shocked that i know who the nurse was,i just didnt mind it.
I am now with this stranger.
So,i'll just ask you.what did the reporters said to you?i asked sternly
Um,can we not talk here?she said un comfortable.
Why?i asked
Because no onw should hear this.can we just talk later after my shift?she asked
Ugh,sure.what time?i asked
around 6.she said.
Where?i asked
Outside of the hospital and we could talk at the near coffee shop here.she said.
Uh,ok.i said and i entered charm's room.
Guys,can i talk to you all?i asked looking at the floor

We all sat down,and i started.
Monic,do you know where charm's parents is?i asked looking at monic.
That's the problem,charm's parents cant be contacted.when i called them,they didnt answer.it just keep ringing.monic said not looking at me.
How about,louis?i asked eleanor.
Oh!he'll be here later maybe 6 or 7 he was talking to simon.eleanor said.
Everyone got silent the only thing we could hear was the beeping,that indicates charm is still with us.then harry was the first one who broke the silence.
Um,niall.harry started.
Yes,mate?i said and gave him a weak smile.
5sos will visit charm later.she said.
What!?i shouted.
Mate,they just want to visit her.let calum explain.their still our lads.liam said slowly.
I just...i just still cant,.i said while walking out.
Then somebody opened the door,it was the doctor.
Um,sorry for interupting you.but,could we check ms.ramos first?the doctor asked us.
Uh,sure.i said and we all seated properly.
We were about to go out,but the doctor stopped us.
Um,you could stay here.im gonna say something to all of you after all.he said politely.
Uh.ok.i said
And we all sat down at the long sofa,.
So,we did all that we could.the doctor started.
No one spoke,we were all just there waiting for the doctor what to say.
Ms.ramos has broke her left elbow badly,luckly.her veins wasnt affected,that means it will go back as it used to be.is ms.ramos has an asthma?the doctor asked.
Yes sir.i responded immediately.
The doctor sigh.
She will have lung problems.as i have know,her asthma is getting worst,it may 'cause her lung disorder.the doctor said
Niall,have hope.you could do this dont cry.she's not yet dead.i repeatedly saying in my head.'cause i know i would explode any time.
But,the worst part is.the doctor stopped and looked at me.
She is in a deep coma.i dodctor said.
Louis looked at me and asked the doctor, um,do you know or atleast estimate when she may wake up?
No,.her coma is getting worst every moment.we did everything to know but we failed.the only thing we could ask God is a miracle.she could be in a coma in a week,months,or even years.he said.
That was the moment i broke it,i walk out of the room.
I could hear harry called my name,but i didnt even dare to look back.
I know that it was just an accident.but,it hurts to see her hurt and struggling.and fighting for her life.i just dont want her to see like this.
While i was headed to nowhere,i could feel hot tears streaming down my face,even i tried to stop it.i just cant,i found myself seating alone at an old dirty coffee shop,dringking a coffee.thinking about life.
Then,the fat old waitress i could tell she is already in her 50's looked at me with concern.then next thing i saw her asking me if she could seat with me.i said sure.
What's your problem?she said while drinking a cup of her brewed coffee.
I looked at her.
Nothing.i lied.
Dont lie to me,because anyone who go here at my coffee shop is either broken hearted,has a problem with love,family or wan to be alone.she said.
Are you a fortune teller?i thought.
No,im not a fortune teller.she said focusing at the road outside.
What!?i said.
You know boy,if i were you.in this kind of situation.she said while pausing and looking at me.
I would just relax,forgive and just trust your heart with everything.she continued.
What do you mean?i asked,i can feel that this old lady mean something.but i was too occupied to think.
You know boy,sometimes.love is a messy thing.sometimes,it's hard to tell if you will hold on or let go.also.sometimes,even you use youre mind,it wont work or give you the answers you need.she paused again and stirred her brewed coffee and fixed her glasses.
Continuing,she sigh.
The heart will always be the answer to all the unanswered question,enjoy.you will never know what life may throw you or what life may get back from you.she said leaving me there stunned.
I walk out of the place,not even saying anything just focused on what is in front of me.

Then,my phone rang.

Hello?i asked.
Ugh,niall.this is cheska.cheska villanueva.the nurse you were talking to.she said.
Ugh.yeah,.why are calling?i asked.
You said,you want to talk to me right?she said.
Yeah.wait,how did you get my number?i asked curiously.
That doesnt matter anymore.we have a important stuff to talk about.she said,i could tell she was running.
Why are you running?i asked her.
I"ll explain later.go to the nearest star bucks and wait for me there,i'll be there after 5 minutes.she said,i could really tell she's running.
Before i could responed she eneded the call.
~~end of the phone call~~
That's weird.i said to myself while heading to the nearest starbucks.
After 10 minutes of walking.i arrived at starbucks.
I entered starbucks,there werent much people here,it was mostly buisness man and womans or just people chilling here.
I sigh,there wasnt a fan.
I ordered only a blueberry cheese cake.
After 8 minutes of waiting i saw a girl entering the shop.when she looked at me,i knew there was a bad news coming.
Hi,what do you want?i asked her.
Uh,i just ate.let's just talk.cheska answered.
Ok.about what?i asked curiously.
Im in a hurry.so let's deal with this shit fast.she said.
I didnt respond.
Dont trust anyone,protect charm and never leave her side.never ever let charm slip out of your hand.she cant be replaced.she said.
Ok.i said finishing my blueberry cheese cake.
Ok.that's all good bye.i cant stay here,dont tell anyone that we talked.she said while heading outside and not even looking at me.
I also headed to the hospital and headed to charm's room.
When i entered the room,i saw harry sleeping at the one seat couch,while monic was seating near charm and she was asleep.
I headed to the sofa and called it a crazy day.
