BACKSTORY : he's from a different dimension and got stuck here when he was young he grew up with killjoy in the orphanage but killjoy got taken in by brimstone and he did not they still talked a lot at school and were dating for a year in high school which was also the time they were troublemakers (killjoy has the smarts and they have the strength :'D) then two years ago killjoy left without saying a word to join the protocol
kyle then adopted a wolf dog for company

Kyle's abilities (if he were in game) : upflight — flight for a short amount of time fast flash — blinds that work like yoru's just quicker but have shorter range crony assistance — summoning Joy (like how killjoy places bots he summons his dog) sharpen — his ult would be transforming into his larger form (HE GETS FASTER/TEMPORARY INVULNERABILITY TOO SO NO HE WONT GET SHOT 😭)
'crony assistance' in writing would more so be Joy following Kyle everywhere until they tell Joy to retreat back
