"Sage look at all the snow outside!" You had your face pressed against the window, your hands being the only thing stopping you from actually being against the window. Sage looked at you then out the window, "It is quite beautiful." You nodded, "Can we go outside? Maybe build a snowman?" You looked back at her, wanting to go with her. She nodded, "Put your winter clothes on and we can go outside." You got off the couch you were on to look out the window and quickly went to change.

When you both were outside your first thought was to build a snowman. "Let's build a snow fort together Sage!" Before Sage could actually reply you already started making it, making a tiny snow hill and Sage just watched you for awhile. "Love? Are you gonna help?" This seemed to snap her back, "Sorry, I was just thinking about how cute you look in that hat." You slightly giggled at the remark and Sage came over to help you pile up the mound of snow.

Once the snow hill was a good enough size you both stopped and stood up. "Stand a bit back Sage." She took a step back while you used your powers to melt a hole in the compacted snow. "There! Now we have our snow fort! Though it's more like a burrow." You crawled inside it and waited for Sage to come in. "Hurry up dear!" She hesitantly crawled in with you, "[Y/n] are you sure it's safe? You melted it with your radiant powers." You nodded at her, "I've done this before when I spent winter alone, I promise it's safe." You were trying to reassure her you two will be ok since she's always worried about everyone, especially you though.

It was silent for a moment until you spoke, "I used to do this with my brother, before I the first light, before I joined the protocol." Sage looked at you, hearing a hint of sadness in your voice. "Can't really do that with him anymore since I joined. He probably thinks I just ran away." You looked down for a moment. "We used to spend hours trying to make a huge fort and digging it out just for it to get destroyed the next day. We just liked to spend time together and every time we did, it was always so fun." You put your head on Sage's shoulder. "I'm glad I can do it with you Sage." You smiled at her.
