"Woah, you look so cute here." Sunghoon giggled, showing Sunoo the photo he took of him in the art museum. "My sunshine will always be cute in any photo, am I right?" He then ruffled Sunoo's hair, making the younger hide his face using his hand warmers.
"Okay, everyone~!" Heeseung exclaimed, catching everyone's attention inside the art museum. "Jake, I need your help." He firmly held on to Jake's shoulders, giving him a nod to signal Jake even though he didn't know what he was supposed to do. "Bro!"
Jake blinked as he slightly turned his head, still not knowing what to do. "Am I supposed to do something or— Ow!" He screamed in pain as Heeseung jumped on his back, carrying him through a piggyback ride.
"Haha! Now that all of you can see me, I'd like to tell you that we are now free to go! It's already 4 pm, no need to worry!" Heeseung smiled brightly just by thinking about their dismissal. "Oh, and maybe you don't believe me because the teacher's in the washroom but trust me, it's time to go home!"
"What do you mean?" Jake asked with a groaning voice, suffering from carrying Heeseung. "We're supposed to stay here until 5—"
"Woohoo! Goodbye and Thank you, everyone~! Have fun with your partners!" Heeseung covered Jake's mouth which caused them to move a lot, falling together to the floor. "Ow!"
The entire class squealed happily, holding hands with their partners so they can go anywhere they want to go. The same went for Sunghoon and Sunoo.
Sunghoon looked at Sunoo, fixing the latter's bangs. "We can go wherever we want! Do you want to go anywhere?"
Sunoo's eyes sparkled as he held Sunghoon's hand tightly. "Yes! I'd like to go to the skyline near here." He smiled, jumping up and down with excitement. "I want to witness the first snowfall with you so that whatever we have will last long."
"Really?" Sunghoon laughed, hugging Sunoo tightly with his huge arms. "Okay, then. I'll meet you there in a while. I'm just going to get some food from the convenience store, mhm?"
"Sure! I'll call you when I'm there already." Sunoo slowly let go of Sunghoon as they started separating ways, waving goodbye to each other. Once Sunghoon was out of his sight, he placed his hands over his mouth as he screamed romantically. Right after that, he ran away excitedly from the art museum so he can go to the skyline immediately.
"Disgusting." Ni-ki scrunched his nose as Jungwon pulled him down, afraid that Sunoo might see them. "Why are we hiding? He won't see us anyway! Look at all these people, okay?"
Jungwon then stood up, looking around as he held Ni-ki's hand so they can follow Sunoo together. "We'll help Sunoo only if there's a problem between both of them but if things go well, we'll just leave, got it?"
Ni-ki shook his head, totally not getting the point of why he's joining this. "I should go home right now, you know? I'm not gonna watch some horrendous movie-like scene."
"Ugh, stop complaining and let's just follow him!" Jungwon then rolled his eyes as he pulled Ni-ki with him, swiftly running through the cold weather just to follow where Sunoo is going. "If we fail, I'm going to kill you."
—
Sunoo took a deep breath as he held onto the rails of the skyline observation deck. "Wow~! It feels so good here! I just really hope that the first snowfall comes today." He sighed, taking out his phone to call Sunghoon.
"Hey, he's already going to call Mr Caterpillar Eyebrows!" Ni-ki nudged Jungwon who instantly stood up from the sofa after watching him from behind for too long. "Let's listen carefully."
Jungwon squinted to see Sunoo's expressions. To him, looking at Sunoo's expressions were better than hearing the conversation between Sunghoon and him because Sunoo expresses everything through his face and Jungwon would immediately know what's wrong just by looking at his face.
"Oh! Sunghoon~!" Sunoo smiled vividly right after Sunghoon answered his call. "I'm already here in the skyline! I'll be waiting for you, okay? Oh, and I'd like mint chocolate ice cream, please!"
"Ah, I see. Of course." Sunghoon replied with an upset tone, making Sunoo concerned about what's wrong.
Sunoo hung his head low as he placed the phone closer to his ear so he can hear Sunghoon better. "Hey Sunghoon, is there something wrong? You kinda sound lonely."
"Well..." Sunghoon took a pause, afraid of what to tell Sunoo. "I'm sorry, my sunshine."
"Why? Are you okay? Do you want me to come there to help you—"
"No, no. Haha, it's okay." Sunghoon awkwardly laughed before finally telling Sunoo. "I'm afraid I can't come there right now. Something came up and I have to be there as soon as possible."
Sunoo's smile faded away, placing his left hand over his waist. "I-it's okay! The first snowfall might not even come today, I mean, who can predict the first snowfall of the year, right? Haha, it's okay, Hoon. I'll meet you tomorrow instead, okay?"
"Thank you so much." Sunghoon warmly remarked before Sunoo ended the call.
Ni-ki glanced at Jungwon, nudging the elder again. "Uhm, what are we supposed to do now? He might go somewhere else or even break down here. I'd be so embarrassed I'm gonna run away."
"I'll get hot milk for him from the coffee shop downstairs. If he goes somewhere, follow him." Jungwon tapped Ni-ki's shoulder, smiling at him before he left him alone in the observation deck with Sunoo.
There was no one in the skyline aside from Sunoo and Ni-ki because of how cold it was. Ni-ki's about to freeze to death and he would appreciate the chance of running away but he'd rather die here than get killed by Jungwon.
"Hey, everyone~! Look who just got dumped, Woohoo!" Ni-ki then walked towards Sunoo while filming a video on Jungwon's phone. "How does it feel, Sir Kim?"
Sunoo wiped his tears away as he rolled his eyes, ignoring Ni-ki.
"O-oh! Everyone, look! He's even crying, haha!" Ni-ki laughed, filming Sunoo crying in a close-up. "Please tell us your experiences in being dumped by a person who you liked for 3 years!"
"Stop filming me," Sunoo remarked as he covered the camera with his hand. "Plus, I didn't get dumped, okay? I just asked him to come here so we can witness the first snowfall together."
Ni-ki then stopped filming, placing his hands inside his pocket since it was cold. "Then why are you crying?"
"Why do you care?" Sunoo pushed Ni-ki hardly but at least the younger didn't fall to the floor. "Sunghoon and I will still meet each other tomorrow since I know that it won't snow today anyway."
"What do you mean?" Ni-ki tilted his head as he pointed up in the sky. "It's snowing right now."
Sunoo turned around, seeing droplets of snowfall on his head. "Eh... Eh?! Shit! Why are you here?"
Ni-ki blinked his eyes in confusion, hugging himself before Sunoo could punch him. "I didn't do anything to you—"
"We're under the first snowfall! And even worse, we're together! Don't you know what that means?!"
"Uh..." Ni-ki took a few seconds to realize what was happening before being as shocked as Sunoo. "We're under the first snowfall!"
