Sometimes in life, we make silly choices, some we cant take back and sometimes cant even forgive ourselves, but in the end, we always have to think about what really matters and where we are going. You have a family? You have a house? You have a semi-ok job that pays the bills? All these are minor things to some or even individually, but all in one go they are something more major, it is a team which helps you in where you are going, if one is injured or taken away the rest of the group is affected.
You lose hours at your job? It then effects your family and bills because you cant afford to keep up the payments. Or your family suffer the rest of the group suffers, each part of your group is essential to a balanced life. You will do anything to protect it and make sure you're on the right path to succession.
