Sometimes we hear things that we initially don't like, the worse thing we could do is over react, I find it's better to remain silent process the information as quickly and as best as you could! Acting impulsive can result in dramatic consequences which we won't be able to handle! Timing and preparation is the key to successfully overcoming a situation that catches you off guard.
