We as men are allowed to feel and act how we should feel at that time, in today's world we are portrayed as having to be the strong, unbreakable and heartless men around. But in real facts, we do sometimes need a shoulder to cry on, a quiet place on our own to cry and let out our emotions and feelings. And the harsh reality is because we feel we shouldn't and can't open up our feelings we end up bottling it up, it's only when we find someone who we can trust do we truly start to open up about our feelings.
