Junior POV:

We just finished the movie and Y/n has to go home, how sad. "Bye guys"- they said. "I'll walk you home"- I quickly said and got up, not giving Y/n or Jake time to respond. We walked for a few minutes until they spoke, "So what was that in the bathroom?"- Y/n asked. "Hm what do you think it was?"- I questioned back at them. "I don't know what it was, but I what I do know is that you have a girlfriend and what you did was not a thing friends do."- they said. Why do they have to make everything so complicated. I get it, I'm with Lexy but it's not like I actually like her or anything. "Look Y/n, we are more than friends, I can feel it, and so can you. So don't play games with me I won't fall for it."- I explained, calmly. "That's the problem Junior, we are just friends, nothing more!"- Y/n tried to explain back, without realising that nothing could ever change my feelings towards them. "Fine, whatever you say, but just we are clear you will love me eventually, there is no escaping from that!"- I said, and they looked at me kind of scared but at the same time annoyed. 

We finally reached their house after 20 minutes of silence. "Well, um goodnight Junior"- they said. "Yeah goodnight Y/n"- I replied, but before they could walk away from me I pulled Y/n in a hug, which they returned. "Thanks for tonight, it was great spending time with you, doll face"- I said smirking, and they laughed. "See you around Jun Jun"- Y/n said, while I just smiled watching them enter the house. The nickname was stupid but coming from their mouth was music to my ears.

The next day...Y/n POV:

I just woke up from a very weird dream, never in my life I thought I would dream about me being eaten by a singing cupcake... Anyways I went to the bathroom and did my usual morning routine, which includes brushing teeth and doing skincare, the normal stuff, even though just by going to the bathroom gave me flashbacks from the event that happened between me and Junior. He was on my mind the whole night, and I'm honestly not complaining I just don't want to be seen as a backstabber to Lexy, she is really nice to me and one of the first people to start liking me in their group, except Oliver and now obviously Junior.

I put on some baggy jeans and an oversized t-shirt with hoodie on top and put on my trainers (it could be any type of clothes it doesn't matter), got some breakfast and went outside to wait for the bus. After it arrived and went in the bus and sat down on my own, until Jake came in and sat next to me, as usual. After some time of silence just me and him enjoying each other's company without saying anything, he finally said "What was that yesterday with Junior, and I want the whole truth!" - OH shit.. I thought. "I already told you what happened-" "No that's not what happened tell me the truth Y/n" - he demanded. Damn really what do I say? "Fine, I'll tell you but only if promise not to tell anyone" - I said. "Of course I promise" - he returned. "Junior has been acting a little strange lately, strange as in I think he likes me. He tried to be very close with me a few times, that's also what you saw yesterday." - I told Jake feeling myself kind of blushing. "Oh okay, I didn't expect that but I'm fine with it if you are, I just thought he tried hurting you yesterday and I couldn't even sleep last night thinking about the whole thing since after you left he wouldn't tell me what he did" - he replied feeling very obviously relieved. "No he wouldn't hurt me but I just feel guilty about the whole thing since he is with Lexy, and I know she is a bitch to you but she is very nice to me and I would seem like the bitch if I actually do something with Junior" - I said. "Wait but do you like him??"- Jake asked me sounding worryingly surprised. "Wellll... I don't know Jake I barely know him but he is very attractive and that yesterday gave me butterflies, only that I don't know whether the butterflies were from love or anxiety" - I replied to Jake. "I mean I don't mind if you like him I just don't want him to hurt you, after all you are my best friend and that is the last thing I want to happen to you"- Jake said with sympathy in his voice. Junior is not gonna hurt me, is he? Is he just playing with me? 

Just as I started overthinking this whole situation way too much I noticed someone getting on the bus. It could have been anyone but no, it had to be Junior. He saw me and smiled, smile I returned but instead of approaching me he sat next to Jake's crush Devon. A chill guy, honestly very nice if you approach him but the problem was Jake was too shy to even try and be more than friends with him. Just as I was about to say something to Jake, Junior interrupted us with a simple "Hey guys, what's up".

Hey y'all I'm so very sorry for not updating earlier but I have been pretty busy in the last few days since I started school but I will try to post more often! Enough said, I hope you enjoyed this part! Also sorry it is a bit short.
