His life in shambles, scruffy office boy Chris walked down the glow of Times Square, passed by commuters and the like. He finally came across a homeless man waiting on a cardboard seat by the entrance to the subway station. The man called out Chris on his sadness, offering him a seat next to his own. They talked on about their problems. One being homeless and the other with due rent, a break-up, and a pink slip to his name. Chris was cheered up by the man's kind words, going as far as to invite him to get a coffee.
