Paolo was a measly street urchin of little worth by nature. All he had to his name was a ratty old violin and the clothes on his back as he wandered the roads of Rome alone. One day, he was greeted by a tall ivory man clad in red, who offered him a sumptuous deal. Knowing little else to do, Paolo accepted the deal, even after being made aware of his true form as the Devil incarnate. The deal stood until the end of time. Paolo was blessed with fame and prowess until he died, becoming the Devil's personal violinist.
