New chapter

It had been a couple of weeks since my birthday party and I hadn't spoken to steve. I didn't want too, he really hurt my feelings. He has been away on a mission with Nat and Clint for the last week so it's been nice not having to avoid him.
Me and Bucky are getting on great, he is being a gentleman and not pushing for more then just heavy make outs. No one knows about us, well I don't even really know what we are but we are keeping it a secret whatever it is.
I'm in the gym just working out, I'm trying to work on my punches, making sure I'm hitting hard enough, standing correctly etc as I'm punching I feel two hands wrap around my waist, I feel the cold from the metal arm and smile
"Hello Mr Barnes"
He nuzzles into my neck "hello Miss Stark"
He starts to kiss my neck "do you have any idea how incredibly hot you look right now?"
I giggle and turn around in his arms, I put my arms around his neck "oh really? All sweaty and horrible?"
"Hmmmmm"
I laugh more as he spins me around, he places me back down and kisses me. He is so good at kissing, he just knows what to do to incite moans from me.
I pull away and look at him "be careful someone's going to end up walking in at this rate"
"So?"
"So? You want people to know?"
"I don't mind people knowing that I'm dating the hottest chick in this tower"
"Chick?"
"You know what I mean"
"And dating? You haven't actually taken me out on a date mr barnes"
He kisses my neck again, between kisses he speaks "would.....you......like.....to......go......on......a......date......with me?"
He pulls away and wraps his arms around my waist. I smile and kiss him softly "yes please"
"Okay, I just have to ask your dads permission and then I will plan it all"
"My dad's permission?"
"Yeah, I'm old fashion doll"
"Okay" I giggle "your so sweet"
"I try" he kisses me again and heads out of the gym. I carry on training for a while longer when I hear Jarvis summon me to my dads office. Oh god! Here we go!
I walk in and smile "hey dad"
"Hey squish"
"What's up?"
"I just had Bucky in here"
"Oh right?"
"Asking to take you out on a date?"
I smile and nod "did you know he was going to ask me?"
"Kind of. He is very old fashioned"
"Very old being the appropriate word"
"Dad, come on. I'm an adult and he has been so sweet to ask you first"
"I know I did find that charming."
I laugh "so? Can I go?"
"Do you want too?"
I nod "I like him daddy and he treats me well"
"Okay you can go"
I run towards him and give him a huge hug "thank you thank you thank you"
"Alright, you stink go shower"
I laugh and walk out of the office, I run to buckys room and knock on the door. He opens it with a smile on his face, I tackle him to the floor and he laughs "he said yes"
"Who said what?"
"Dad he said yes for you taking me out on a date"
"Really?"
I nod and smile and then kiss him. I'm sat on top of him and his hands are on my waist. I forgot to shut the door, we are heavily making out when I hear someone clear there throat, I jump up and see steve stood at the door.
"Bucky your needed" he turns and walks away.
Bucky gets up "you okay?"
"Yeah why wouldn't I be?"
"I know he upset you max"
"Bucky I'm okay, now kiss me and go see what he wants and I'll see you later so you can tell me all about our date"
He laughs and kisses me "okay, I'll see you later"
He winks at me as he walks out the door. I can't believe steve was back. I was shocked to see him, he looked hurt. But he was the one who hurt me not the other way around.
I really liked Bucky and I wanted to see what would come of this. He was an incredible guy and I just wanted to be happy.

After a few hours I'm sat on my bed watching a movie when there is a knock on the door, I shout come in as I except it to be Bucky. The door opens and I see steve standing there.
"Can we talk?"
I nod and he walks in and shuts the door "what do you want steve?"
"I want to apologise for the night of your birthday, I shouldn't have said what I did. I was drunk on thors special alcohol and I had no right to talk about you like that"
"No you didn't. You confused me so much steve, you give me this necklace with you shield on, and you nearly kissed me and then you went and spoke about me like that I don't understand"
"I know. I like you max a lot and I don't know I don't have a good enough reason to why I did what I did. All I can say is I'm sorry"
"I appreciate the apology steve but you really hurt me, so it's going to take some time. And with regards to you liking me. I'm with Bucky now and I really like him. So I'm sorry it doesn't matter what I felt for you. Nothing can happen"
He nods and walks to the door "I really am sorry max"
"I know steve" and with that he walks out. A few minutes later and Bucky walks into my room and lies next to me on the bed "you okay doll?"
"Better now" he laughs and climbs on top of me, he kisses me and we get into a full make out session. I push him away "so where are you taking me on our first date?"
"That's going to be a surprise but the date will be on Saturday, I will pick you up at 3pm and we are going to have an afternoon of romance and fun"
"Hmmmm sounds amazing"
He kisses me again, this man is incredible. I'm so happy.
