Evenings burn brighter than any other, people are normally ready to calm and cool off... but not me. I'm not meant to be normal, and I never was. Even if I tried to, I would never be able to. I've been stuck with animal blood my entire life, and I will never touch human blood, I'm not a criminal.
I don't want to be a criminal just because of who... no... WHAT I am. Just because I'm different. You probably, and should, know what Antartica is, where it is in the world, the temperature there. It's freezing cold, cold, a fun word. A word people use to describe me. A cold blooded killer, it's not my fault. Nothing was ever my fault. Quit blaming me, just, stop blaming me.
The color red, it's not a natural color. You won't see red often in your life unless you force yourself into it. The whole saying 'I see red' is just a term to describe anger. But I don't feel anger... I barely feel at all...
So, in full honesty, what truly am I? A human? A monster? A demon? A angel? Where, where do I belong?
(Third Person)
Vi swirled the alcohol around in her drink, the ice making the noise they naturally would when they clashed against each other like an army at dawn. She couldn't explain what she was feeling right now... regret? Anger? Sorrow? Pity? What was that feeling deep down inside of her. In the strongest muscle of the human body, the heart?
Many ask questions just like this to themselves but they never end up sinking so deep it feels like you're lost, you're gone, nothing...
But of course, her thoughts were soon laid to waste when a familiar voice called out her name in excitement. Vi turned to see the face she loved the most, the one who brought her joy whenever she was down.
Y/N... an angel from heaven, but a demon whenever you cross her. Y/N was just the type of woman Vi was interested in. She was slightly taller than Vi, but Vi always said it was the boots or heels she wore. Y/N was beautiful, graceful, she was a baby when it came to specific things. But most of all, something that Vi loved more than anything, was the fact that she wasn't normal. She wasn't human like her, she wasn't a yordle, or some giant dragon. She was well, Vi joked with her and called her a leech but she was a vampire.
Yeah Vi knew the dangers of falling for someone like her, but, what's gonna stop her? Vi was stronger than Y/N anyhow, so it didn't matter...
Y/N darted to Vi, hugging her immediately. "Just as tall as ever I see?" "And just as short as ever hm?" Vi chuckled and hugged back. "I've missed you Velvet Head" "You too Leech Lover".
Velvet head was a nickname Vi gave Y/N, Vi found it cute to call her a name that made up for who she was. And Y/N joked with Vi as Leech Lover since Vi would say she was a Leech.
Love is beautiful in many ways.(Y/N POV)
I always thought of red as such a disgusting and annoying color, but now? No, now, red is something much more. Red, red is my favorite color.
