TRIGGER WARNING: SA, sexual harassment
I woke up with a pounding headache and an arm across my bare waist. I looked over at a sleeping Jim, who had... slept over.
I gingerly stood up and put his shirt on to cover my nude body before walking out to the living room.
My'ya sat on the couch with a cup of coffee and some bagels for breakfast. "Morning." She said, not bothering to look up at me.
I came up behind her and gave her a hug, to which she ignored.
"I'm sorry. What I said- it wasn't right and I'm sorry. I can try and be more careful." I said, resting my cheek against hers.
"Oh so that's why you brought some guy home." She deadpanned, giving me a side eye.
"You gave me his number." I countered grabbing a cup from the cabinet and filling it with coffee.
"To go on a date, not sleep with him!" She said, giving me her best glare. Her pink and blonde hair was tied messily into a small bun on her head, and it wobbled every time her head moved.
"Hey, I at least talked to Jim twice before I slept with him." I said, taking some medicine to counter my headache.
My'ya was silent for a moment before sighing. "Was it good sex?"
"It was okay." I said, sitting on the couch next to her.
She smirked at me before laughing, "You're the worst."
"You love me." I said, taking one of the mini bagels she had on her plate and chewing on it. "Besides, all men thinks it's better for us than it actually is, that's why women fake it."
"You know, if you tried some of my team, you would be so unsatisfied." My'ya joked, shouldering me slightly.
I rolled my eyes as a sleepy James Kirk opened the door, half-dressed. His abs practically glistened in the morning light.
"Where's my shirt." He asked, looking around in a sleepy stupor.

It had been about a week since Kirk and I began cracking some code on the the Kobayashi Maru, and to say the least, I was exhausted. I knew anything involving Spock was complicated, but this was a completely different level. It was like a computer had created every single inch of the code, leaving nothing loose. Had I been a computer science major, I might have a chance, but just my math knowledge alone isn't enough. It was a nice break from focusing so much on my personal situation with Spock, but I needed a break.
"I'll call you in two weeks, I can get it then. But I've got to focus on my classes right now, I'm barely making a decent grade." I said, picking up my things from the table and giving a paper to Kirk. "Here's what I've gotten so far. If for some reason you need to get someone else on this, it'll make their lives easier."
"But I need your help!" He said, looking up at me, a little frantic. I knew he was stressed about the test, but I needed a break. He had been a nice distraction, but it never felt right. I knew why, I just didn't want to admit it.
"I need a break. Give me time." I said, leaving him alone at a table with books stacked high on both sides of him.
I made my way from the library to the labs building to blow off some steam. Cutting into a corpse always made me feel just a little bit better. The hallway had very few people in it, as the labs were closing soon. As I was walking, I accidentally bumped into someone just outside the lab I was wanting to go into.
"Hey there, lassie." A voice said, big hands steadying me from the impact of our collision. I looked up to a familiar red-head who was giving me a wolfish grin.
"Hey." I deadpanned, straightening my coat and squatting down to pick up my things. This was the same man who was harassing Alec that one day in the quad, who also slapped my ass.
"What'ya doin' in the labs this late? Getting some last minute studying done?" he asked, picking up one of my books and handing it to me.
"I'm gonna cut into a dead body for stress relief." I said, shoving my books into my backpack with a little too much force.
"Kinda hot." he said, looking me up and down. I rolled my eyes, glancing over his shoulder at someone who was walking our way. Small panic erupted in me as I recognized the looming figure of Commander Spock and realized there was no place to hide. I looked up at the ginger in front of me, making arguably one of the worst decisions of my life:
"Wanna see how hot it can get?" I said, batting my eyes up at him as I gently grabbed his bicep and signaled toward the empty lab right next to us. I briefly made eye contact with Spock as I flirted with the cadet in front of me before dragging him into the lab behind me.
The guy wasted no time running his hands over my body and sucking on my neck as he pressed me against the wall near the door. I payed no attention to what he was doing, but instead listened very closely to Spock's footsteps. They paused just outside the door, and for a brief moment I thought I saw the door knob jiggle, as if he were going to open it.
Oh, how I wished he had opened it.
But then the foot steps receded and all that was left to fill the silence was the breathy sounds of the man feeling his way under my shirt.
"Okay, that's enough." I said, pushing his hand out of my shirt and back slightly. He didn't seem to register what I said and continued to peruse his way into my clothes. "No." I said firmly, pushing him away from me.
"What?" he said, getting a little red in the face as his anger bubbled.
"I said stop, I'm done." I replied, pulling my shirt down to cover myself.
"You little tease, you think I'm just going to walk away just like that?" he said, approaching me again. Alarms started blaring in my head and it began to sink in just how deep I got myself into it. I didn't have enough time to react as he forced himself on me again, this time with so much force I nearly fell down.
My back hit the wall as he continued to try and undress me, getting frustrated with me fighting him every second of the way.
"Bitch!" he said, slapping me so hard across the face I saw stars. Before I knew it, he had undressed me from the waist down and was starting to unzip his pants.
I hate to remember what happened next.
