"Aren't you sad?" Ashlynn asked as she and Ace walked in the huge garden, side by side.
Ace stopped walking which made her stop too."Why would I be sad?"
They faced each other and Ashlynn replied, "I just killed your ex lover."
"Yeah and?" Ace asked. He was really weirdly unaffected by the death of Tiana.
"And what? You loved her. You should be sad or something? I mean…" Ashlynn trailed off, not knowing what else to say.
"I loved her. You said it yourself. I don't love her anymore. I don't understand why I should be sad when that bitch fucking cheated on me." Ace said calmly even though he was angry, thinking of the memory.
"And she dared to come back because she learnt that the CEO of a company now. The Audacity of that woman-" He continued.
"Wow okay relax- calm down. Go vent your anger on her grave or something." Ashlynn said with a smirk.
Then realization hit her, "Oh wait! She doesn't have a grave yet. Her body is still there, on the dance floor."
This made Ace laugh. "It's bad disrespecting a dead person you know?"
"You know- I know that you don't really give a damn." Ashlynn replied with a sheepish smile which made Ace smirk, "I know you know that you're right."
"I know that both of you didn't know that I was here the whole time!" Mike said as he revealed himself.
He was hiding behind the huge bushes found in the garden.
"Are you serious? What are you even doing here alone while everyone else is inside partying?" Ace asked as his eyes landed on the bottle of tequila in his hands.
"Your aunt won't let me drink in peace. One of the disadvantages of being married- Your wife has her eyes on you all the time, both in a good way and a bad way." Mike said as he started drinking his tequila.
"Well maybe she's doing the right thing." Ashlynn said, "It's her who will have to take care of you when your ass will be drunk."
Mike smirked, "You do realize that you're talking to your future uncle-in-law right now?"
"You do realize that I do not care?" Ashlynn snapped.
"He's my uncle." Ace spoke, taking Mike's side.
"I know. He's also drunk which is why he won't remember any of this." Ashlynn replied which made Ace said, "He's still my uncle but I don't care anyway."
"Tell me, how does your wife treats you?" Ashlynn asked, taking advantage of his drunk state.
She took out her phone and started recording him.
"Val treats me…Heavenly. I mean- that woman pleasures me like no one ever did. Damn…the way her lips move on mine- the way she moan-" Mike was cut off by Ace, "Okay enough! No details necessary."
Ashlynn chuckled and asked, "Who do you envy in the family?"
Mike thought for a while before repkying, "Alexander. He's soo hotttttt like....hotter than lava and now his son too…man!! What about me? I'm so jealous of him..of them!!!"
"Your own uncle is jealous of you." Ashlynn said to Ace before laughing out aloud, "That's really something."
"Whatever. Now stop with your games. Let's go home and have ohr own little Party, yeah?" Ace asked with a Smirk.
"Fine. Let's get going." Ashlynn said as she put her phone back in her pocket then both her and Ace left.

"You didn't even inform your parents that you were leaving." Ashlynn said. They were in the car- on their way home, Ace was driving.
"They weren't there, were they?" Ace asked to which Ashlynn replied, "They told me to tell you that they…uhh…"
"I know- I already guessed it when I didn't see them." Ace replied and chuckled.
"They do that often?" Ashlynn asked to which he nodded, "Apparently, yes."
She smiled before asking, "Do you think we'll ever have what they have?"
"What do you mean?" Ace asked, slightly confused.
"This…strong and long lasting love they have for each other." Ashlynn said which made him smile, "Of course. Any doubts, love?"
"I had but it's cleared now. I just wanted to know what you thought." Ashlynn replied. He nodded and then concentrated on the road.
