The Woman I Wanted
I wanted a beauty
God didn't disappoint me
I wanted a pretty face
God gave me you.
I wanted a sexy woman
God packaged you and delivered you to me.
Bound and packed.
Snack.I wanted a good cook
Your kitchen antics above excellent.
Your delicious delicacies have a way they assault my nostrils.
I love.I wanted a warm woman
In bed.
You turned out hot
Flaming every part of the bed
Exciting my manly detail With your hot pot
My pen(is) a testimony
Thrilling.I still wanted more.
I wanted more than the sexy you
I wanted more than the beautiful you
I wanted more than a cook.
I wanted something more than sex and its sexcapades.I wanted this.
Behind every successful man is a woman,
They say.
I wanted a woman to build (with) me
I wanted you to push
To help me think
Of projects we would take together
But you failedYou said you chose to let things flow
And we watched as your friends glow.
Making storeyed projects
Poultry farming here
Business running there
We just watched
For you, as long as you flow.
This wasn't the woman I wanted. You hated being followed
Your address secretive
You hated telling your movements.
This was the stress
You lamented.
You ain't chicken you claimed.
Can't be locked in coop.
This wasn't the woman I wanted. Then you chose silence.
Not of the woman I wanted.
Things changed.
I was blamed
Blamed for asking where you are.
Blamed for wanting a push for family projects.
This wasn't the woman I wanted.I wanted a wife and a mother.
I wanted a career business oriented woman.
A woman that would let me push her up her career.
A woman that would pride in my meaningless care.
That's my kinda woman.@kitt kevines
