C20: When Trouble Seeks For You part 1

He Qian's group decided to stay for a few days in the little base. But because it's not there base they had planned to stick together no matter what. They might be named by their Little Base's Leader as a guest, only because the Leader was bribed for a few goods and things, but the Leader clearly remind them that in there base if anything will have to happen to them then it was not of his concern anymore. That was nasty! But, what would you expect here when there are more convicted people living.

"Xiao Xiao, don't try to go anywhere without us or you will become a target here. You might be so little but let's not underestimate starving people's twisted minds." He Qian said added with emotion as he was seriously reminding Xiao Xiao about it least Xiao Xiao doesn't realized all the looks he had been getting from the people here all this time.

"Y-Yeah.." Xiao Xiao suddenly shivered which He Qian take as that the kitten was scared by his words but the kitten was indeed scared but not by his words but..  "I just heard someone outside talking about a kitten they wanted to catch and hide to fattened up for some days until it could be ready to be skinned and cleaned and marinated with salt, prick by a stick from the mouth ...to the mouth?!   until the stick comes out in...   in the fucking butt?!!   T-Then.. That is fucking crazy to listen! Ahh! Are they talking about me? Me?! Those  disgusting low life humans! They had the audacity! Low life! Scram! To think they only want a cheap salt for my high quality outstanding meat! Unforgivable! This is such a disgrace to my greatness! To my dignity!"

"....."

'So in the end you are mad for their cheap marinating standard for your meat? This kitten doesn't realized just how luxurious a salt could be in this world.' He Qian silently sighed in his heart as he did not let the kitten hear what's in his thoughts.

"Those cheap people was indeed unforgivable, Xiao Xiao. So we must have to be careful here all the time and stick to Captain Fu no matter what--" the kitten's little paw angrily tapped He Qian's head.

"Are you taking me for a cheap kitten who is too weak to protect you! Ha? Stick to Captain Fu? I myself is enough to protect us two!" Xiao Xiao said unhappily as he angrily tapped He Qian's head again with his little paw.

He Qian scratched his chick not encountering the kitten's angry mode. Xiao Xiao must have really had it bad that..  that he is just to be marinated with  salt? →_→

No matter how you plan it good when trouble really seeks for you then you really can't avoid it no matter how careful you become.
He Qian stared at the thin man who purposely hit his shoulder but acted as if nothing happened as he walk steadily away from him.

"What's wrong with that guy?" Asked Dong Ming in his annoyed manner.

He Qian just shrugged his head.

"Hm.. That toothpick looking guy is a weirdo but was also a level 5 ability user." said by Xiao Xiao as he watched the thin man walked away the back facing him.

He Qian was stunned. He look at the thin man who walked in a circle of people who entered the forest at the back of the little base just like them. A level 5? That guy?

"I only know he is an ability user for I could sense the strength of any ability user as long as I'm stronger than them but pity, I can't guess their abilities."

'Nah! Xiao Xiao, What you can do is already a big thing for us. Not a pity. Not a pity at all.'

"That thin man was already a level 5 ability user." He Qian told his group as what Xiao Xiao had told him. "The ability was unknown but I am worried what if his ability is related to touching people since he bump with me intentionaly." He Qian added his own concern.

"What?!" Dong Ming and Li Huahuan both reacted as they were surprised to know that suck a walking bones was actually a level five ability user.

"It's true that you can't judge a book by its cover." said Tong Feng as he also watch the thin man already chatting with his group.

"Ouch! Gosh, I'm Sorry! I didn't see you." there come a soft voice of a woman that get He Qian's attention and the rest of his team. It was a petite young and beautiful woman who was the owner of the voice but...

He Qian's brow arched as she stared at the woman that was looking stunned and mesmerize infront of Captain Fu. She had this infatuated and hopeful look as her eyes twinkled.

That woman noticed that the handsome man did not make any reaction or even spared her an eye but she continue to smile. Her face and the aura are both beautiful and gentle. "Looks like you didn't even realize it when I collided against you. Blame my little body which is too light and thin." she said again with a chuckle making her look cute and lovely. What a pity that her loveliness has been ignored making her beautiful smile a little stiff. "Uhm.."

"Haha! What a snob! I pity her." Xiao Xiao laughed and commented. He Qian smirked at that although there's no need to pity obnoxious woman... Wait? Obnoxious?!  Where was that came from? He Qian blinked erasing the things in his head.

"Let's go." It was Captain Fu's words that made He Qian look at the cold and handsome Captain as he walk forward and making the rest of them followed.

'What the fuck!! I don't believe Captain Fu did not notice that woman! So he ignored a beautiful woman just!   like!   that?!' He Qian blinked again as he can't help but slightly glimpse at the ignored woman who was just standing there with a blank expression. "She looks mad." He Qian doesn't realize he just voiced out his thoughts.

"Hihi! That's our Captain for you. A snob!" Dong Ming said proudly as he like to make a comment at He Qian's reaction. "For us, ever since we meet our Captain Fu even until now, he was like a stone of unwavering heart. Not even the most beautiful woman in the world could falter him."

"It could be that Captain is too perfect that no one could reach his high standards." Li Huahuan also can't help but commented.

"Ouch!" Dong Ming and Li Huahuan both cried as Tong Feng hit them both in their heads.  "Don't slander the Captain. Idiots!"

Dong Ming and Li Huahuan both pouted. "How is that a slander?" asked by Li Huahuan as Dong Ming nodded. "Yeah! It was complimenting, bah!"
