32. the wedding; part one

Aurora was at the Boarding House with Jo, along with Bonnie and Elena, helping her prepare for her wedding later that day. Jo, however, was really nervous, and was worrying about everything, and how it all had to be perfect. "Crap" Jo mumbled, pacing around again, "They're not here" she says, panic rising on her face.

"What's wrong?" Elena asked, "My shoes. My gorgeous, expensive, wear them once and then never again shoes they are missing" Jo exclaims, "Do you want me to do a locator spell?" Bonnie suggests, "On my shoes?" she replies, shocked, Bonnie hums in response, "Is that possible?" Jo questioned, "Totally" Aurora agrees, "I lost my house keys once and had to do one"

"Hang on. I gotta figure out how to work this stupid thing" Bonnie says, trying to fix the machine she was going to use to clean Jo's dress, "Good, break it. Because my wrinkled dress will distract everyone from my bare feet" Jo sarcastically comments, "Hey, hey. Come on, don't waste all your panic now" Elena calms her down, "You still have eight hours until the ceremony. Nonalcoholic mimosa?" she offers, holding a drink up.

"One, a nonalcoholic mimosa is just juice. Two, I can't drink" Jo corrects her, "Somebody should drink. You should rink" she offers a drink back to Elena, "I will drink, eventually. But I have human tolerance now, which is cheaper, but a lot less fun." Elena replies, Aurora playfully rolls her eyes, "Well, if you're not going to drink this" she smiles, grabbing the drink from Jo's hand, "Then I will" she raised the glass up to Jo, "Cheers"

Jo's phone rings, and she makes a beeline to get it, but Elena got there first, "Relax, Jo" Aurora told her, "Jo's phone" Elena picked it up, "Oh. Huh" her face dropped, "Uh, okay" Elena says, "That's not an "okay" okay. That's a "there's a problem" okay" Jo points out, "Yeah, Elena, none of us are vampires and have super hearing" Aurora chuckles, "We'll call you back. Okay, bye" Elena hung up the phone. The three witches waited for her to say what went down on the call.

"Danielle's got the flu" Elena informed them, Jo lightly chuckled, "It sounded like you just said "Danielle has the flu" Which is impossible because Danielle is my wedding coordinator" Jo starts freaking out, "Yeah" Elena softly says, "Well, how sick is she? Can she still work?" Jo asked her, "It depends on how much vomit you wanna have at the wedding" Elena replies, Jo sighs and walks off.

"Maybe this is a good thing. Because no matter how good Danielle was, I'm pretty sure I'm better" Caroline announced herself, approaching the girls, Elena immediately hugged her, telling her she missed her. "Thank you for getting me back" Caroline thanked, once they were out the hug, Bonnie and Caroline quickly hugged, Aurora and Caroline only smiled since they had their talk the other day.

"Now, we got a lot to do and not a lot of time to do it" Caroline states, "Elena, just have a drink, you are not going to pass out" she ordered, "Bonnie, the switch is on the left hand side on the back" she informed Bonnie, "And Rory" she turned to her sister, "Grab Jo's shoes, they're under the couch" she laughed lightly, Aurora went over to the couch and saw the shoes were there. "What would we do without you Caroline Forbes?" she shakes her head, "Be lost" she simply replied.

Aurora walked around the empty Boarding House confused, "Elena?" she called out for her friend, "Bonnie?" she tried again, "Caroline? Jo?" she called out, but was met with silence. "Anyone?" she exhaled in annoyance, "Where the hell did everyone go?" she mumbled, walking through the rooms to notice Jo's wedding dress was no longer where it once was, "What the–"

She's cut off when she hears a loud noise come from another room, "Hello? Is someone here?" she called out, but as before, she was met with no response, just silence, "Damon if you're trying to scare me, it's not working" she confidently says, her breath shaking slightly. The noise occurred again, this time from the cellar. "Lily, if you can hear me, cut it out" she tells the vampire.
