"Welcome back! Today's GOT2Day agenda is with Mark hyung and Mae noona. Again, since they are in LA, they'll be joining us through zoom meeting. Is it connected yet?" I asked the staff behind the camera and she nodded. "Mark hyung!" I greeted him. "Do your introduction please."
"Hi everyone," he started in English.
"Hyung, Korean please..." I stopped him. It seemed like he used to speak in English now that he forgot that we were filming in Korean.
"Oh, sorry. Hi everyone," he started again, in Korean this time. "I'm Mark."
"And I'm Mae," Mae noona quickly added her greetings straight after.
"Okay, I bet you've seen the other's video, so let's start," I led immediately. "Aigoo.. Another jealous man over here as well. Mae noona, please spill one of the story that shows Mark hyung's jealousy," I asked when I heard that Mark hyung was the more jealous part as well.
"I have a few, the funny one was he's jealous of my brother," Mae noona chuckled a bit.
"How come?" I confused.
"He didn't know that I have a brother because my brother didn't come with us when we moved to LA when I was a child," she started. "He chose to stay in Melbourne with my aunt because at that time he was already senior in high school. Our age gap is pretty big. So when we decided to have a holiday together in New Zealand, our brother tagged along. We were fooling around when he picked us up in the airport. My sister in law was with my mother and their kid at some shop, so it was only me and my brother. My brother saw him apparently and pretended to hug me. He pouted and grabbed my luggage when he finally met us. He kept pouting until my mother shouted at us, calling my brother out. That's when he found out that he was my brother and he was just fooling around. "
"He was jealous of your brother?" I was amused.
"Yes. My brother looks young for his age and we don't look alike," Mae noona explained.
"Any other example?" I tried to fish more funny stories.
"He didn't let me learn how to swim because he didn't want anyone else to look at me while I'm in my swimsuit," she continued.
"Eh? And he has lots of friends hanging around his house in swimsuit, even bikini sometimes," I commented and Mark hyung glared at me. Mae noona shouted, "See!" as she found someone else who had the same thinking as her.
"Well, I'm not attracted to them, so it doesn't matter," Mark hyung muttered.
"Okay.. Let's try not to start any fight after this," I sensed that the situation was getting uncomfortable there, so I decided to speed things up.
"Don't you want kids?" Mark hyung questioned noona when she said she wasn't sure about having kids.
"We're just getting married, I'm still adjusting living here, not to mention learning to juggle with my job and taking care of the house and you. I'm not saying that I don't want kids, I just say I'm not thinking about it now," she explained.
"But you want kids?" Mark hyung pestered her.
"Gee.. Mark, what's wrong with you? Yes, maybe.. I don't know. I'm not sure," she sounded frustrated so I stepped in once again.
"Okay guys, you can talk about it between yourselves after this. Let's move on to the next question. Wait hyung, how many kids do you want exactly?" I asked when he picked 2 or more.
"3 or 4," he answered. "If she's up to it. Wait no, I'll try to chance her mind and agree with me."
"Mark, we're not living in 19th century anymore. One or two kids should be enough. You didn't know the headache that they caused," Mae noona argued.
"I know. I have 3 other siblings, and my sister has 3 kids herself. I knew the trouble they caused, but also the fun that they bring," he answered. "We're sooo going to talk about this after this, young lady," his voice sounded serious. Actually it was quite scary when Mark hyung turned into serious mode. And I could see Mae noona squirmed at her place when she noticed the chance in Mark hyung's tone as well.
"Oh wow, it's interesting that you want a girl as well. Last time Jackson hyung also want a girl," I exclaimed.
"Yeah, girls are manageable," he said from experience. "And I'm experienced enough with dressing up and nail arts and stuff, more than her, so they will have a cool dad for sure." Mae noona rolled her eyes.
"Yeah..yeah.. Wait until they grow up and boys start knocking at our door," Mae noona said and Mark hyung realized what she meant by that.
"Then I'll be the scary dad at that time. I'll make sure no one breaks my baby girl's heart," once again he looked determined.
"Eyy.. Noonaa.. Your answer is pretty standard," I said when she answered eyes as the most feature that she liked best from Mark hyung. "And Mark hyung, why is your paper blank?"
"You guys said no 18+ stuff," he said casually.
I gasped, "What do you have in mind... Oh nononono.. don't say.. It's better I don't know about it at all," I immediately changed my sentence and Mae noona blushed immediately.
"Mark Tuan!" she scolded him.
"What? Ain't you supposed to be happy to have a husband like me?" he teased her.
"Like what? An idiot one?" she retorted.
"Nope. A super appreciative one toward his wife's body," he answered while making his way toward Mae noona, grabbing her waist to draw her closer to him. He even leaned toward Mae noona, probably about to kiss her when I screamed.
"HYYUNNNGGG!!! Omoo.. you're worse than Jackson hyung, CUTTT!!!" I shouted, waving my hand in front of the camera, probably looking all red after watching the scene in front of me. I managed to see Mark hyung's grin and heard his high-pitched laugh before he ended the meeting.
I fanned my face, "Sorry guys, our cool hyung apparently has turned into some idiots after they got married. Okay, our last couple will be here next week, so stay tune."
[JB: MARK HYUNGG!!!]
