CHAPTER 8 - GOT2DAY EP.3: M&M COUPLE

"What about you, noona? What do you like about Mark hyung? Obviously not his handsome face, I guess," I said.

"Just like he said, we were friends before lover, so I'm used to be with him. Whoever say that Mark is quiet is completely wrong. We can bicker all day since he isn't willing to back down. And he's still has his temper. He smacked Randy because he pushed me to the pool. Randy didn't know that I can't swim. Since I live alone in LA, he kind of takes care of me. He's a bit protective as well. Whoever say that Mark is a soft bunny was wrong. There's a hidden gangster under the soft outer. And his family is nice to me as well, especially his mom."

"Okay, then are you in relationship then after the dating rumour?"

"Not straight after. It was during the Hawaii trip that she finally answered me," Mark hyung answered. "But only to tell me that she's going to be away for two years!" he complained.

"Again? What's wrong with you guys," I started to grunt.

"She applied for graduate school before she met me again and she got accepted, only the school was in Melbourne, her hometown," he explained.

"So all the news about Mark hyung visited a girlfriend in Australia were true?" I asked and Mark hyung nodded. "Then how come she came to Korea?" I asked.

Mae noona laughed first before answering. "He told me that he would to be in Korea even before Yugyeom being released, and the time was near the time I was about to graduate. I looked for work in Korea so I could be with him, but I kept it a secret. I was planning to tell him when I was finally accepted. But on my first day at work, there he was! Glaring at me," she laughed and couldn't continue her story.

"Let me tell you guys this story," I started to take over. "We were supposed to have this medical check up, oh wait.. If I told it like that, then I'd exposed all of your jobs," I managed to stop just in time before I gave spoiler about the ladies' jobs.

"Then how should we tell it?" Mark hyung frowned. It was hard to tell the story without mentioning the hospital.

"Okay, let me try again," I opened my mouth after arranging the story in my head. "We were supposed to have a medical check up and we met Mae noona accidentally. Back then, we didn't know that she was Mark hyung's girlfriend, so we thought why did he look like she was about to kill this girl with his gaze? Then Mark hyung said that this girl was his girlfriend. The next thing we knew was Ellie noona helped Mae noona with accomodation without knowing that Mark hyung was Mae noona's girlfriend. Mark hyung almost killed Ellie noona for helping Mae noona," I laughed. "And Jackson hyung tried to protect Ellie noona. Turned out Mae noona also just found out about Jackson hyung and Ellie noona as well. But she knew that Jackson hyung was GOT7 member but she remained quiet as to not spill the surprise."

"Well done, otter. You managed to tell it without spoiling their jobs," Mark hyung praised me.

"Ah, I forgot to mention that both Ellie noona and Mae noona worked in the same field so we can't disclose it," I said to the imaginary viewers. "Sorry guys, but can't disturb their work. They are very dedicated to their work."

"And he's supportive of my decision about chasing my education and still let me work," Mae noona suddenly added. "Just like you mention, I can sit still at home since he's loaded, but he respected my decision to pursue graduate studies and my career."

"Okay, for the last part, let's talk about the proposal." This time Mark hyung laughed when he remembered the proposal. "Did you hear that Jinyoung hyung was supposed to propose to his girlfriend on the same day?"

"I did. On my wedding day he told me that. He pissed that I screw his plan. But he managed to find the perfect time to propose anyway, so no big deal," Mark hyung explained.

"Did he surprise you?" I turned to Mae noona.

"He did. He never told me anything and he was hard to read. He just told me to drop by. I froze when the spotlight suddenly shone on me. He knew I didn't like to be on the spotlight, but he did that for something that I couldn't forget for the rest of my life," she grunted.

"Noona, I was curious about something else. How come are you fluent in Korean? I thought you were an Australian. Even Ellie noona still not that fluent in Korean," I pointed out.

She shrugged, "Because I'm half Korean?" Her answer made me and Mark hyung both shouted in disbelief. "Seriously???"

"Wait, Mark hyung, you didn't know?" I asked.

"No. Really?" he looked at Mae noona, looking completely surprised.

"Yes. My mom is Korean. Though I rarely spoke Korean, but back in the days, my mom used to talk to me in Korean," she shrugged as if it wasn't a big deal. 

"Wow.. Okay guys, it's time to wrap things up, unfortunately. You know the drill. If you're still curious about their love life, make sure to leave the request in the comments as well as questions you want to ask them. So, that's for today... I'm Youngjae," I let my sentence hanging.

"And I'm Mark," Mark hyung continued before Mae noona jumped in. "And I'm Mae."

"See you guyss!!!" we both said together at last. I stopped the zoom recording before chatting with them a little bit more.

"Do you have Korean name, noona?" I asked Mae noona.

"No. My dad isn't Korean, so I don't have Korean name."

"So you guys going to live in LA? What about when Mark hyung has to go to Korea? Aren't you going to come?"

"I don't know. I can't just ask for a year leave. When will Jaebeom oppa asked him to come again? 6 months?"

"Maybe," I answered.

"Well, we'll figure something out later. For now, let me get back to sleep," Mark hyung grunted and pulled Mae noona into his hug.

"Hyung!! Do that after I ended the meeting!" I complained then ended the meeting quickly as I saw Mark hyung teased me by pushing Mae noona completely and started to hover over her. Ewww... And they said Mark hyung was the quiet one. The wildest one would be more suitable.
