The Tooth Fairy

I know I said that I would do the Christmas special and then the New Year's special, but screw that I have motivation for other things. I came back from the dentists yesterday if you're wondering where this inspiration came from (you probably weren't). Enjoy!

Hinata's POV

I'm just sitting on the couch. Watching some good ole' Angels of Death. Nothing special could possibly happen today. Gosh, Zack is kind of stup-

"WAHHHHHHHHH"

Oh shit. Is that Natsu?

I run to her bathroom to find my mom already there. She must have seen the look of concern plastered on my face because she quickly ushers me out of the room. 

"Hey Shoyo, go back to doing whatever you were doing. Everything is fine in here."

"Why was Natsu screaming then?" Don't tell me she was having a tantrum because I'm not in the mood for that. 

"She just got a loose tooth is all. I'm trying to pull it out since it's been bothering her." Oh yeah, she has been complaining about that for a little while. Wait-

"Did you just say you were trying to pull out her tooth?"

"Um, yes? Why?"

"Eh?! You can't do that! That's going to hurt so bad. Just wait until it falls out naturally!" I try to explain, but Natsu interrupts me from the bathroom.

"Okaa-sannnn! It hurtsssss."

"As you can see Shoyo, that won't be an option. Now go."

I go back to my TV and try to watch my show, but Natsu keeps crying, and it's annoying. 

After a while, Natsu emerges from the bathroom running into my room. 

"Look Nii-san! My tooth came out!"

"Wow Natsu, you better go put that under your pillow so the tooth fairy can get it."

She nods. I watch as she runs off to her room. Welp, the tooth fairy is Okaa-san's problem now. 

~Timeskip to the next day at lunch~

Me and Tobio are eating lunch together today. He always seems lonely at lunch, so as a faithful lover I decided to sit with him. Except he doesn't seem to be interested in talking. That's okay though since I know he is listening to every word I am saying.

"...So, then I told her, 'You should go put that under your pillow so the tooth fairy could get it.'"

"Well, what did she get from the tooth fairy? I assume money?" Damn, he finally said something.

"Yup! She got 575 yen. Plus, a highlighter and a bouncy ball." 

"Huh, she got a lot. The tooth fairy never gave me that much."

"Yea, well. My mom is pretty generous. She bought the highlighter while grocery shopping and the bouncy ball was a ball that Natsu lost a while ago. I guess mom found it and put it under her pillow." He looks at me all confused.

"Your mom?"

"Uh...yeah. My mom was the one who put all the things under her pillow. Who else would have done it?"

"Uhm...the tooth fairy? Like you said?" What the hell? That doesn't make any sense. Omg, don't tell me.

"Pfft-"

"Shoyo? Why are you laughing? I don't see why this is funny."

"Tobio- pfft- don't tell me you still believe in the tooth fairy!"

Kageyama POV

"Tobio- pfft- don't tell me you still believe in the tooth fairy!"

What the fuck? He is kidding right. That's a joke. 

"I-I- The tooth fairy is real. Why would I not believe in them?"

"Wahhhh, Tobio you're so cute." There he goes, doing that smile of his.

 Whenever I act vulnerable or 'adorable' in Shoyo's words, he does that cute, little smile at me. Where has my life come to? 

"You mean the tooth fairy isn't real!?"

"Nuh-uh"

"Then who the hell replaces my tooth with money?"

"Most likely your parents or maybe your older sibling, Onee-san."

What the hell? All of my teeth are adult teeth, so the 'tooth fairy' hasn't come for a while. If that was the case, why wouldn't anyone tell me? If Shoyo is old enough, surely, I am too.

"Awh, you look so deep in thought. You really didn't know that the tooth fairy isn't real?"

"Eh...no."

"I'm sorry Tobio. I probably just ruined your childhood. Hehe."

"You sure as hell did. You're going to pay for that y'know."

"Uhm, race you to class!"

"You dumbass Shoyo, get back here."
