I can get a sense that you're going for a dark sort of mood with the cover, but there's too much white space that I think you could make use of! You don't have to clutter your cover with so many elements, but I think the cover should fit the title of the short story collection or perhaps with part of your blurb.

I think the blurb is fine. I don't really have any comments on it since blurbs for short story/flash fiction collections can be a bit tricky in that you don't really need a lot of info in it. You just need the overarching theme, an explanation that it's a compilation (either in the blurb itself or on the cover as a subtitle), and a list of stories included, which you all do.

I wanted to point out that the quote in the beginning of this story is in a text that is very difficult to read and is hard on the eyes. I would recommend opting out of this type of text because it can be hard to read, especially if viewing on a white or beige background.
