"It's so nice that we never actually have to plan Spencer's birthday parties" Hanna said as she, Ali, Emily, and Aria reached the Hastings back door. Toby had been planning her birthday parties since they were 12 practically and no one, not even her parents, ever complained. Peter and Veronica Hastings were drinking coffee at the island when the girls walked in.

"Hi girls" Veronica said pleasantly, "coffee anyone?"

Each girl nodded and the maid began preparing coffees. Ali checked her watch and furrowed her brow.

"Toby's late" she said looking at the girls. They knew he had some new secret girlfriend but blowing off Spencer's birthday planning was so unlike him.

"He's at the UPS store doing the invitations" Veronica said as Melissa walked in.

"Spencer's up to her eyeballs in Mom's legal documents we have plenty of time." She assured the nervous looking girls.

"Are you sure you guys want to be involved in the planning" Aria asked hesitantly, "it is Spencer's 21st birthday...."

"We're not under the illusion that our daughter doesn't drink" Peter said typing away.

"Did Toby tell anyone the theme? Maybe we could get started without him" Emily said sheepishly.

"You know he keeps it under lock and key until it's time to plan." Veronica shrugged.

"I can't wait to see which pictures she picked" Aria said. She had spent an entire afternoon taking pictures of the soon to be birthday girl.

Just then the door opened slightly and they took in Toby holding the door slightly ajar as he spoke with someone on the phone.

"Yeah, I'll pick you up tonight" they heard him say.

"Must be the new girlfriend" Hanna muttered to the girls.

"Yeah, can't wait" he said before hanging up the phone.

"Got a hot date Cavanaugh?" Alison said evilly "who's the hot mess this time?"

"That was Spencer, for your information, the old movie theater is playing a back to the future triple feature."

"Ignore her" Emily said waving Alison off, "we're dying to know this years theme."

"Ok," he said in a hushed whisper "this years theme is the 90s, costumes, music, decorations, everything 90s."

"There's no way my daughter agreed to this unless you mean the 1790s" Veronica said chuckling.

"Not only did she agree, she loved the idea" he said passing around the official invitations to everyone.

The blue postcard had a picture of Spencer dressed in what looked like only a mens dress shirt. The words sprawled above "Man! I feel like a woman!". In smaller text off to the side it stated the theme and location of the party which was Toby's loft apartment. The girls were taken aback by the scandalous pictures and poses of Spencer on the invitations.

After all the details had been hammered out the girls left as Toby said he had some other birthday plans to go over with her parents.

"Can you believe those pictures?!" Ali said to the group on the way to get coffee, "Aria, I can't believe you couldn't talk her out of such a trashy idea."

"Yeah, I didn't want to say anything in front of her parents or Toby but I didn't take those pictures"

"So she paraded around in only a button up shirt for some stranger?" Ali asked.

"I guess."

"Mr. and Mrs. Hastings," Toby began "I know you guys are meeting Melissa's fiancé on Saturday which is Spencer's birthday but one of her birthday presents is we're going to spend the weekend after her party in Philly." Toby said explaining about the comedy show tickets and the museum tickets. He smiled hoping they'd buy what he was saying. He had purchased tickets to the comedy show that part was true but Toby had every intention of spending the rest of their weekend in Philly making love to Spencer.
