It was just another late shift for Geniveve, another last minute problem interrupting her leave and another headache to add to her growing list of problems. The elderly had been on edge after the many disappearances and 'random deaths' around town. You couldn't blame them with all the crime that goes on in the wonderful city of Los santos.

Reaching into her back pocket she grabbed her phone calling her husband. No answer.

"Calling Johnathan?" Beth looked over her shoulder.

"Was," she sighed stuffing the phone away.

"Must be working another late shift," the blonde rolled her eyes.

"Maybe,"she shook her head.

"Well have a safe trip home,"she gave a quick peck on her cheek before running away.

"You littl-" Genny chuckled to her self as she wiped the kiss away.

Slipping her bag over her shoulders she smiled her goodbyes and strolled through the glass doors, just making it to catch her bus. Plopping down to the nearest seat, her eyes immediately wandered watching the familiar building pass; the little chatters and bustle of the city streets. Scenes she's seen all before yet couldn't help but stare mindlessly at.

Scavenging out her phone from her pocket, she once again attempted to call her dearest husband. Maybe it was luck or fate but her eyes caught sight of a certain black bmw. Amber eyes remained on the bmw,a small grin formed on her lips as she placed her hand on the glass.

Yet her joyous smile soon twisted into a puzzled frown.

The silhouette of a woman exiting the car, giggling and smiling as his hand wrapped round her waist. Keen eyes staring upwards at the ginger, fussing and twirling her hair. The scene was cut short as the bus drove away, Geniveve's eyes glued to the window her mouth left agape.

The rest was a blur.As if in a trance she entered the apartment block, like a machine without thoughts simply moving. She could barely even remember getting off the bus.

Placing her bag to the side she leaned on the counter, her chin resting upon her fist as the other crossed over her stomach.

Within minutes later the door clicked. The chipper brunet ambled inside, whistling the tune to uptown girl as he unbuttoned his shirt. Greeting his wife with a quick peck on the cheek continuing on into the bedroom.

"Johnathan,"her trembling hands crossed over her stomach.

"Yes hun?"he called out.

"How was work? You came home pretty late,"she hugged herself tighter.

"Yeah what can I say? I'm loved at the office," he popped out chuckling, circling over to the fridge.

"You didn't go no where? A restaurant? A team dinner? A bar of some sort?"She rubbed her nose.

"Nope," he grabbed a beer from the fridge.

"John, do you happen to know a certain red head maybe?" She cocked her head to the side, gripping her arms tightly.

"What do you mean?" He rose a brow slowly turning to face the brunette.

"Someone like the woman you were with minutes ago," her voice remained monotone a cold breeze entering through the window as the two stood still finally facing each other.

"You mean my work colleague," he folded his arms.
"Darling I work with her and that's all."

"It didn't seem like that when you two were kissing," she pocked her tongue out to the side of her cheek, her eyes darting at him as she awaited a response.

"Were you watching me?!" He placed the bottle down, stalking further.

"What does that matter John?" she scoffed

"Darling you must've saw wrong she came onto me nothing more," he ran his hand through his hair. "Overall isn't this a bit childish we're not as young as we used to be, and I'd never make such silly mistakes." She shook her head snickering at every word that left his lips.

"You know I love you," he stepped further honeying his voice. "I've alway have, you know that."

"Do I?" She snorted. "Do I really? Because the man I married is barely home. The man I married promised I'd never have to lift a finger." She snickered. "And now... I work a morning and night shift. The man I married promised to always keep the bed warm..but where were you now John?" She
ranted waving her arms about as she released every build of frustration within out. "Where were you?"

"Dear I was young ,we were young we had dreams and reality came to hit us," he grabbed the bottle. "That's life, and as I said before there was nothing serious between her and I."

She huffed wiping the welled up tears in her eyes, giggling to herself."How could you Johnathan? How could you cheat so carelessly?! Do I mean nothing to you?!"she sneered.

"Of course you mean something to me! You mean the world to me," he rested his hands on her shoulders his hazel eyes stared down at her.

"Then if you loved me so much, why hurt me like this ?" She backed away. "Why are you making such stupid excuses to defend yourself!?"

"Genny babe," he rubbed his temples.

"Don't," she sighed. "You held her waist, you waited for that kiss, you didn't reject it!"

"Gen sweet," he rubbed his face.

"No Johnathan! No! I've been breaking my back out there to support this house! I've put my needs aside so, why couldn't you?!" Her voice was almost at the edge as hoarseness began to takeover.

"When did you become such a bitch?" he mumbled.

"What the fuck did you just say?" She asked with a small voice.A pause as the two blankly gazed at each other.

"Oh come on Geniveve! After that miscarriage I couldn't do anything!" He sighed removing the lid of the bottle with his teeth. "You'd cry all night and I couldn't just go and say that I was fucking horny after that." He rolled his eyes taking a swig.

"So you thought cheating was the better option?" She nodded, her eyebrows furrowed as she watched the man before her. It was now coming apparent to her, that the label of  husband no longer stuck.

"What was I supposed to do then Genny? What was I supposed to do?!" He yelled. "Was I supposed to wait it out? Huh? Magic up a new kid?"

"I needed you here Johnathan. Did you think I enjoyed crying? Not being able to hold our dear child in my arms? But all you fucking thought about was yourself," She snorted leaning on the wall. "Your needs, your feelings. No one else around you,but you."

"Oh come on you lived 2 good years jobless before this, weren't you close to that fucking gym freak!" He snarled. "I bet you weren't such a saint either."

"Do you even know why I married you?"he snickered sipping his drink. "Because you were perfect to show to my mother, after all you know what the guys used to say?" She backed away tears welled in her eyes.

"Geniveve the naive, her face is is a 1 but her bodies a 10," he sung. "I was doing you a favour."

"You really are a fucking Asshole,"Snatching her bag she wasted no time and raced out the door.

"Genny! Genny! Aye!" Jogging down the steps his eyes set on the black bmw already swerving into the main road.

"Fuck..." he cursed under his breath.
