Y/n and Spencer walk into the meeting room where the rest of the team was waiting, Garcia on the phone. " --Was a girlfriend or a wife, she could've of cheated and made that his stressor." Emily says as the two become in earshot of the conversation.
They both sit across from each other in empty seats at the table, listening in as people add in possible personality features of the unsub. "He's probably not very outgoing then. He mourns over his ex significant other day by day and he doesn't deliberate about anything but that. He'd do anything to get her back. Even if that means murder." Spencer explains.
" So he hates his ex but would do anything to get her back? Is his goal to kill her as well?" Luke asks, crossing his hands together on the table.
"No," Spencer starts in a low voice, " He still loves her, he would never purposely hurt her but if he does find her he's gonna kidnap her and perhaps unintentionally harm her."
Garcia is heard tapping on her keyboard over the phone, "I might actually have a suspect for you guys. Jason Gedson, He fits the profile and recently divorced his wife, she cheated but still got custody over their daughter because he had just gotten fired from his job." she explains.
" So he's had many stressors, his divorce, losing his daughter and his job? That's definitely something that would send a sociopath over the edge." Emily adds, " You all go get some rest, Garcia, Rossi and I are going to find and address and ill talk to him, see if I can get any evidence from him."
Spencer nods, standing and following the rest of the team out of the room. It was almost midnight and the team was exhausted. They had all been living off of office coffee and limited snacks with no sleep, they were ecstatic to be going back to the hotel.
The team all took the same SUV to save gas, JJ and Tara in the front allowing Spencer, Y/n, and Luke in the back. Y/n got in first because as Luke says ' shes got to small of legs to get the big seat to herself.' So she sat in the smaller middle seat in between the two men.
Once they reached the hotel, they all made their way up to floor six where they all conveniently booked their rooms. They all dispersed, unlocking their rooms and immediately dropping to their beds
Spencer shut his door with his foot and lazily loosened his tie on his neck. He pulled it over his head, kicking off his shoes along with the rest of his clothes. He put his work attire back into his bag and pulled on pajama pants. Not even bothering to take a shower with his tiredness he crawled into his bed and quickly drifted to sleep.
