18. Hotel Room

The next morning I got up early and made myself ready really fast.
I quickly wrote a message to Joonas. I wished him a good morning and a safe way.

Everybody had to be in Tornio early this day. I left the key at my land lord and began my way at 10 am.

I arrived at the venue and greeted the   crew. The guys didn't arrive yet.
We carried everything out of the truck. We had to hurry up a bit.
Mikko was checking the light and Roope and I began the soundcheck, when the door opened.

The six came in and I searched for Joonas and as soon as I saw him I smiled bright. He walked up to the stage and lifted me off of it to hug and kiss me. 'Hei darling', he mumbled. 'Hei', I whispered against his lips.
'And now go with your guys and make yourself ready, otherwise we have to start the first show with a delay', I winked at him and smiled.

'Ok, ok. If you don't wanna see me.', he played being offended and raised his hands off of me.
I got back on stage and finished the soundcheck.
I walked back to Roope to get the in-ears for the band.
'You're very disciplined. How you handled Joonas was funny. You should have seen his face when he turned around.', Roope laughed.

Joonas POV:
I was so happy when we arrived at the venue. I jumped out of the van. 'Hurry up guys! Pleeeaaaseee', I whined jumping up and down.
'You're a hand full, Joonas. You're more of a little child than Suvi, and you're olden than her.', Joel said rolling his eyes. 'He has to be layed hard!', Niko grinned and punched my arm. Oh well, he was right, I wanted it baaad, but I didn't want to rush Suvi. We hadn't talked about it yet. 'Idiot', I said and tried to tackle Niko down playfully.

We walked inside and promptly I searched for Suvi and found her on stage. I smiled and ran to the stage to lift her off of it and kissed and hugged her tightly. We were both happy to see each other. As soon as I let go of her she looked serious and send me backstage. She wanted to get ready with everything. I was suprised by her words, as she was always the shy one and never spoke up to me in this way.

I gave up with raised arms. As soon as I turned around I looked shocked to the others. 'Haha Porko. She showed you the limits, huh?', Olli laughed.
'She shooed me away.', I whined.
'Oooh, poor Porko.', Aleksi mocked me as we walked backstage to make ourselfs ready for the show.

'Porko? You wanna share a room with your girl?', Joel asked me grinning. I rolled my eyes. But yeah, sure I would love to, but would she as well? We haven't talked about that so far.
'Maybe? But I can't let poor Aleksi sleep alone. He needs someone by his side.', now I mocked the black-haired one back.

He showed his middle finger and we laughed.
'I would take little man into my room and Joel shares the room with Vilme.', Niko offered.
'Really? Awsome!', I smirked.
'But please use protection, Porko! No need for a mini you! You're enough to handle', Tommi joked.
'Fuck off!', I said and laughed.

I decided to tell Suvi about it without the others.
I made my way up to her. She was in the hallway with all our devices in a box. Probably she was already on her way to us.
'Hei, beautiful woman', I smirked and kissed her.

'Hei playboy', she giggled. 'Sorry for earlier. But you know, work comes first. And I don't want to have a special treatment.', she explained.
'It's fine. About the special treatment...', I scratched the back of my head. 'The guys organised everything, so we can share a room.'
Suvi's eyes widened. 'What?'

'I mean, we don't have to share a room if you don't want to. But...I mean...we only share a room, nothing more. You don't have to feel rushed or something. We only have some private space for cuddles...', I tried to explain.

'Oh, mhh... ok, I think.', now she was the shy girl again from days before. 'I...Joonas, I didn't want to worry you. It's only....I never', she began to talk, but got interrupted by Santeri who came over. 'We have to hurry up. Please get everything ready.'

So we headed back to the others and Suvi helped taping all the cables to our bodies.
'You still let Suvi touch our half naked bodies?', Joel laughed.
'I'm not his slave!', Suvi mumbled harshly. She was working on his back and roughly pulled on a tape. Joel flinshed. I laughed and gave Suvi a quick kiss. 'My girl'

She hurried up to get us ready. Now it was a good working routine for her.
'Have fun guys! See you later.', she said before she left.

We had two awsome shows, it was hard and we were all really tired after the gigs, but we were all so happy to be able playing this shows after such a long pause last year and the first half of 2021. Our bodies were full of adrenaline.

After the show Roope helped us while Suvi was doing the mixers and starting with packing the stuff.

As we all arrived at the hotel, many fans waited in front. Everybody of us wanted to get to bed, but we gave everybody autographs and took photos. The crewmembers were already inside and got the keys for the hotel rooms.

'You're read, for your first night together?', Olli asked smirking like an idiot.
'Oh stop it, Matela!', I took my keys. 'Good night  guys.'
With big steps I disappeared to the hotel room.
With a little klick it opened.
Suvi was sitting on the bed. The room had a queen size and a single bed.
'Hei', I whispered and walked up to her. I saw that something was bothering her.

She looked up to me, her legs nervously shaking.
'Oh darling, what's up? What happened?', I sat next to her and hugging her tight.
'Joonas, I, I don't know if I'm...', she swallowed. 'If I'm ready for this.'
'What?', I asked her. I took a strain out of her face and placed it behind her ear.
'Joonas, I'm, I'm a virgin.', she whispered.

'And?', I simply said in return still not knowing what the problem was.
She looked irritated. 'You want to sleep with me. That's what you do in a relationship, don't you?', she murmured, her hands were ice cold. I took them in my hands. In the same moment I was thinking about her words.

'Stop thinking like that', I answered. 'Suvi, I'm not going to sleep with you! I mean...not as long as you want to.' Her tensed body softened a bit. 'Please, don't think I would do something with you against your will! I am just happy to share this little private space we have on tour with you. We can share the same bed, or I take the single bed. As long as I have you around me, I'm happy.'

She was tearing up and started sobbing. 'I'm sorry....', she said with emotionally choked voice.
I held her and stroke over her back as long as she calmed down.
'Don't be sorry. Suvi, never stop talking about your fears and wishes and all that matters to you. It's important!', I pleaded to her.

'Thank you, Joonas.', it was the first time she smiled again. She gave me a quick kiss. 'Can we...share the bed? I mean, I think I like to cuddle with you.', she shyly asked. 'Sure.', I answered and kissed her back.

We both got ourselfs ready for bed. Normally I would sleep only with boxers, but I decided to better wear sweatpants and a shirt.
As I came out from the bathroom, Suvi already was lying in bed.
'Is it ok for you if I get off the shirt?', I asked her. She nodded and I pulled the shirt again over my head and exposed my bare upper body to her.
As I had thought to myself, Suvi was staring at me and I couldn't help myself smirking. She had already seen my upper body, it wasn't new to her, but it was another situation than around the other guys.

I threw the shirt on my bags and layed next to her, her eyes still glued to me.
'Good night', I mumbled to her.
'Can I come cuddling with you?', she asked. I nodded and she crawled up to me. She clearly thought about the best way for a second. 'Do whatever you want. I'm fine with it. Rest your head on my chest or I can spoon you, as you like.', I chuckled.
She decided to rest on my chest. I turned off the lights.

'You're ok?', I whispered and placed a kiss on her hair. 'Mhh', was the only thing I heard. I layed an arm on her waist and pulled her body a bit nearer. Her free arm was lying on my chest and she began to draw circles on it. Her nails stroking over my trimmed chest hair. A little growl left my mouth. Suvi abruptly stopped.
'Sorry', she whispered. 'Don't be sorry. I liked that.', I replied. 'But you should better sleep now, we have to get up early.'
