Back in Wilbur's office, Schlatt was sitting in Wilbur's chair. He looked around and sort of imagined if he was President, who knows, maybe one day he'd run for President.

He looked at the papers that were scattered on the desk and laughed. He moved to begin to organize the papers that had been gone through and completed by Wilbur. He looked through the stages of Wilbur's messy cursive handwriting. "I can tell when you'd be doing these really sleepily or having a conversation." Schlatt laughed to himself and put the documents in piles based on their content.

He saw a paper that looked handwritten by someone else. He picked it up and began to skim read it. He wasn't the President so he felt that he shouldn't fully read the documents. This page looked like it was signed by four different people. "Jesus Wilbur, what have you gotten yourself into?" As he spoke, he looked at the signatures, not noticing the President walking into the office.

As Wilbur walked into his office, he watched Schlatt organize for a moment. He watched as Schlatt frowned at the paper he was holding. From where Wilbur was standing, he couldn't tell which document Schlatt had found. Wilbur decided to move closer, he was here to take over his job anyways.

Schlatt hadn't known Wilbur was in the room with him until he felt Wilbur's slender body push against his broader one. "Jesus- Hey." Schlatt moved away slightly, still holding the paper in his hand.

Wilbur smiled at him. "Hey, you didn't have to organize these, you know."

"I wanted to, besides I didn't get very far." Schlatt tried to hide the page from Wilbur, but he learnt pretty quickly that there was no point in trying to hide something like that from Wilbur.

Wilbur grabbed the paper from Schlatt but before he could read it, Schlatt spoke up.

"War threat."
