Aaliyah and Dayvon had a recurring night but now within them weeks was Aaliyah sneaking off to spend the nights with Von. Now the two found it hard to not be with each other during those nights being so use to being under each other
Here they were with being in Von basement after Aaliyah finished school and Von finally doing his business in the streets. He was teaching Aaliyah how to load a clip into a gun and she was truly amaze
"Can I try?", Aaliyah asked happily as Von chuckled taking the clip back out and handing the gun to her with the clip. Aaliyah focused slightly on the equipment in her hand as she perfectly put the clip inside the gun
Von was proud she picked up fast and he could easily see he was turning her out. "I'm proud ma.", Von said as Aaliyah handed him back the gun
Aaliyah was wearing Von jacket with his hat on her head backwards. Aaliyah eyes wandered to the stack of money Von pulled out his pants leg and hide somewhere and of course she had to ask her questions
She noticed the expensive clothes and shoes be been wearing with the chains anybody have. Von was becoming that nigga down in Michigan she already knew he was that nigga down in Chicago anyway
"Von what's with all the money you don't work baby?", Aaliyah asked innocently as Von smiled as he placed a soft kiss on her lips. "The streets baby, I'm working hard for me and you. So we can live in a big house or what not.", Von said
That seemingly became the talk when Von would talk of him and Aaliyah moving together although she didn't mind she knew the streets was risky and Von was all about risk but that made her worry
"Be careful Dayvon I'm serious.", Aaliyah said as he smiled and nodded as she touched his face gently as the two stared into each other eyes. "I actually need you hear with me, beside me everyday and every night.", Aaliyah said as he nodded
"I'm not going nowhere baby I promise.", Von said pulling Aaliyah into a embrace. As the two parted Aaliyah received a message from her mother to come home someone was waiting for her and they irritated her, she really hated to be interrupted when she was with Von. Those times were special to her
"Von I gotta go my mama need me back at the house, apparently somebody there waiting for me.", Aaliyah said as Von can hear the irritation in Aaliyah face as she smiled
"Please do.", Aaliyah said as she and Von walked out his basement and Aaliyah and Von spotted a car and Aaliyah instantly knew the car as Von didn't but he wouldn't like the visitor if Aaliyah was correct who that was
The two got inside Von car on their way to Aaliyah house and Whitney spotted the two outside her window and walked outside quickly. "Thank you Von for making sure I got home safe.", Aaliyah said exiting the vehicle as Von chuckled
"No problem ma, be safe.", Von said as the two yearn to kiss each goodbye but both spotted Whitney and decided against as Von drove off. Aaliyah was happy her mother didn't see the love struck face expression on Aaliyah face
"Better be him just taking you home and not no relationship.", Whitney said sternly as Aaliyah almost said something smart but didn't. "It was he didn't want me walking home by myself, so whose here.", Aaliyah said as Whitney grabbed Aaliyah hand
The two made their way inside and on the couch talking to Aaliyah step father Denzel was her ex Ginuwine. The more time she spends with Von she can really truly say Gin was just a crush or a puppy faze in her life that she had no desire going back to
"Hey babygirl.", Ginuwine say as Aaliyah gave him a blank stare and Whitney glared at her for the expression on her face. Yup, she been around Von to much that's for sure
"Hey Elgin what are you doing here?", Aaliyah asked as Elgin stood up and grabbed Aaliyah hands. "Because I missed you, and I can't stand being away from you LiLi.", Ginuwine said as Aaliyah died of laughter
"That's nice I guess, but I'm focused on other things.", Aaliyah said as Whitney scoffed at her daughter vague behavior. "Like what Aaliyah Brown.", Whitney said as Aaliyah gave her mother a stare
"School and Work, it's stressful.", Aaliyah said and Von instantly popped up in her mind is another thing she was mainly focused on but she wasn't gonna say that aloud
"That's why Elgin can help, have some fun babygirl.", Whitney said as Aaliyah rolled her eyes she knew the spot on difference her mother would preferred someone like Elgin, he was the school running back, good looking and had a lot going for himself
Her father Bobby would prefer like Dayvon, rough and rugged not afraid of a challenge meanwhile step father she can truly say actually asked Aaliyah on her opinions and would accept Dayvon or Elgin the choice she would make and of course that choice would be Dayvon
"I got an idea Ronnie throwing a house party and how about you show Elgin. Aaliyah and of course her friends would be there.", Whitney said as Aaliyah eyes widen she didn't want her ex and the same room with her boyfriend,Much less at her boyfriend mother house party.
"Mama that won't be necessary Von said his mama may not be throwing it.", Aaliyah said which was true and Whitney eyebrows arched real fast at that comment
"How would you know?", Whitney questioned and Aaliyah had to think of a lie fast and a hurry. "Because at the diner he came in with someone and Bey was asking him about it and he said it out loud mama.", Aaliyah said and Whitney seemed satisfied with that answer
"Stay for dinner Elgin.", Whitney said as Ginuwine smiled and Aaliyah could've killed her mother right then and there
