The alpha was anxious about whether or not the threat was completely eradicated, and he had every right to be. It was not unheard of, for packs to fake defeat only to then turn the tides of battle. They have been attacked and twice at that, in the last twenty-four hours, which was why it was no surprise that they were all on edge, especially the alpha. Warriors, spread thin as it is already, some of whom were task with the job of finding any survivors, from the enemy's camp and then have them killed. Others were told to retrieve the bodies of the enemy to have them burned, many frowned upon the idea even though they knew it was the right thing to do. Reports coming in consistently, but none which made reference to the enemy still lurking.

It wasn't until high noon that the people could breath a small sigh of relief, knowing that the border have been cleared and the area around the village declared safe. Though this was the reported upadate, skeptism was strong within the minds of many, therefore pushing them to stare clear and keep within the village's perimeter.

After hours of what seem to be endless work, things finally settled in the village to a stable consistency. Alpha Dakota, given the opportunity to visit his son went to the tribal hall, where all the injured warriors were taken. Scouting the room for the familiar scent he was left disappointed when he had not found the one he was looking for. Stopping a young healer the man queried the location of his son, being told to check the building next to the infirmary he was off again.

Entering the dusty old building he was met with the figure of his mate, trying to subdue their son, as the healers tried to administer him some medicine. Walking up to the scene the man crouch to the floor holding his son down, allowing the healers to do their work. However, not even the medicine could quell the boy's tantrum. Breaking free from the restraints for a moment the boy started to flail his limbs, hitting several of those in the room including his mother. At this his father was upset, growling at his son in warning, the man brought him off the floor by the neck only to then plummet him back to the floor, snarling viciously.

Of course he by no means wished to hurt his pup, but the boy's theatrics had cause harm not only to the healers but also his mother.

Seemingly much calmer, the man released the boy from his grip as he question one of the healers about his son's condition. Stopping short in his conversation the man's nose rose to the air sniffing, has he caught a whiff of an unfamiliar, yet some how soothing scent. Back turned towards his son, he had not realize that the boy had picked up on the scent too, but his reaction was far different than that of his father.

Shooting up from off the floor, Rasief made a mad dash for the door. Realizing this a bit too late, the alpha was not able to stop his son, before he got to the door. And within an instant his son was gone.

With their secret now exposed, there was no way in which they could continue to hide the girl. And with this in mind they knew that there was only one thing left to do, and it was for this reason they all headed to the tribal hall, to meet with the elders and their Alpha. Entering the village, they could feel scores of eyes upon, or better yet the girl pressed to the side of the gamma. Cheveyo helping an bruised Cassidy, Marcus walked with the frame of little Adora almost melded into him.

Surrounding them was a very mutilated Zenith who was strung around the shoulders of Quentin as he walked behind the others. Samuel and Ronan alike flanked the sides almost defensively, though they were in no better condition than Zenith.

Seeing the gamma's family trodding through the village was a sight in itself, but it was the white haired girl that captured their attentions. Men sniffing the air as females looked on baffled. Eyes glowing, some of the men even howling at the girl, stalking behind the group but never getting too close. Her brothers and father very much aware of the scrutiny the girl's presence had caused. Continuing on their path to the hall, the sound of a sudden growl stopped them in their tracks. Looking around at the swarms of people that littered the pathways, they were met with the hulking form of their alpha blood.
