Third Person POV

It took them three minutes but they finally got a pulse. Though she still wasn't stable with the amount of blood that she was losing.

"How long until we reach the hospital?!" Touma yelled while checking Sakura's vitals.

"Only a few minutes! There are tons of motorcycles in front of us, they're stopping traffic!" the driver yelled, amazed at what she's seeing. There was a sea of motorcyclists wearing black and white jackets with cherry blossoms. It was as if they were protecting them.

The ambulance got to the hospital in record time and Sakura was taken into the Operation Room right away. It was gonna be a long night for the surgeons.

A few minutes after she was taken in, a group of teenagers ran through the hospital doors.

Draken went up to the receptionist, "Excuse me, is there a Sakura Haruno here? Is she okay?"

The lady looked up from her screen and eyed the group, "Unless you're the patient's family, I can't give any of you that information."

Mikey, who was holding onto Aiko because of the painful ringing in her ears, ran up to the receptionist and slammed his hand on her desk, "She's an orphan! She has no family! Can't you make an exception?!" he yelled.

"Nope," she smiled, "now leave before I have to call security."

Mikey was about to jump up and give the lady a piece of his mind when someone spoke from behind the group.

"Excuse me," an officer walked up to the desk and showed her badge to the receptionist, "My name is Himari Fujimura. I'm in charge of Sakura Haruno, these kids are with me, they just ran off before I came inside. Can we see her?"

The receptionist looked at the badge, back at the group, and sighed, "Sakura Haruno is currently in the OR. When she came in her heart stopped twice but they were able to stabilize her again. It will be about 3 hours until her surgery is completed."

"Thank you, is there an area where we can sit and wait?" Himari said.

The lady pointed out the way and the group left silently.

Once they got to the waiting room and settled down, Himari decided it was time to ask a few questions.

She looked to the group of six teenagers, "So, how do you guys know Sakura?"

They all stiffened, clearly not expecting her to ask any questions.

Mikey cleared his throat, "We are all in the same gang as her. Well, it's more like my gang is allied with hers."

Himari tensed, not expecting that answer, "Oh, then can I get your names?"

He stood up, "I'm Mikey." and pointed to all his members, "This is Draken, Baji, Takemitchy, and Chifuyu. They all work under me." He pointed at Aiko, who was curled up on a plastic hospital chair, "Aiko, she's Sakura's second-in-command and her best friend. Though, don't try talking to her right now because she can't hear any of us. She was born deaf and gets overwhelmed by sounds when she's upset so she likes to take her hearing aids off. "

"Why did you help us?" Mikey continued as he sat down.

"I don't know," Himari sighed, "Maybe... it's because you all looked like me when I first met her a few years ago."

"A few years ago... were you at the bike shop robbery?" Takemitchy asked.

Mikey and Baji tensed.

"Yeah, I was one of the officers called to the scene. When I got there I found Sakura having a panic attack, I calmed her down and took her back to her apartment. When I saw her that night, looking so broken, I felt the need to protect her, like a parent. A few days later, I found out that she was an orphan and was living alone. I decided to visit her and ask her what she thought about the idea of being adopted but I found an empty apartment. She moved out and I never saw her again until tonight." Himari answered.

A tense silence overcame them.

3 1/2 Hours Later (10:15 PM)

The "Operation in Progress" light finally turned off, signaling the end of the surgery.

Everyone sat up from their uncomfortable seats, eyes glued to the double doors. The doctor finally came out after 10 minutes.

"Sakura Haruno's family?"

Himari stood up, "Hello, my name is Fujimura Himari. I am her guardian."

"I'm Dr. Yamamoto Hayate, I was one of her surgeons. Would you like to go into a private room to speak or should we speak out here?" the doctor said.

"Out here is fine," she replied, taking a glance back at the teens. They were up and alert.

"Well," he started, "we lost her a couple of times on the way to the hospital. Luckily, we were able to revive her right away both times so there was no permanent brain damage. She was stabbed twice, once in the stomach and once in the back. Luckily, the knife in her back didn't hit her spine, so there was no major damage from that but I can't say the same about her stomach wound. She was stabbed in the pancreas which caused a lot of internal bleeding, we did the best we could but it's going to take a long time for it to be fully healed. Right now, we put her into a medically induced coma so she should wake up in about a week or so. She'll be in the ICU for the first few days for us to closely monitor her vitals."

Himari sighed in relief at the news while Baji, Chifuyu, Draken, and Takemichi started to cheer loudly.

"SHE'S ALRIGHTTT!!!!"

"LETS GOOO!!"

"HOLY SHIT! SHE'S INDESTRUCTIBLE!!"

"Isn't that great, Mikey?!" Draken asked, turning towards the said teen.

He saw Mikey comforting a sobbing Aiko while crying tears of relief. Draken smiled and turned back to the other cheering idiots, "Hey guys, we should go outside and tell everyone the good news!" he said while ushering them out.

Himari watched with a smile as the cheering teens left, happy that Sakura had such great friends. Once they left, she walked to Mikey and Aiko, "It's getting late and you look tired, why don't you two head home? You can visit in the morning, Sakura'll still be here."

Aiko was hesitant to leave but Mikey eventually managed to persuade her by making a deal to visit Sakura with Aiko every day.

Himari followed the duo outside and saw hundreds of teens cheering in the parking lot. They cheered even louder when Mikey and Aiko came out, they both had massive smiles.

It took her a few seconds to realize what was happening but when Himari realized, she too couldn't stop the smile that was growing.

They were all here for Sakura.
